“An Absolute Dream with Wonderful Hosts!”

The Tsambikos family are among the best hosts we have ever encountered. They are incredibly welcoming and warm-hearted and their property is simply amazing. They were extremely helpful with arranging our transfers and boat rental. The food is delicious, the apartment is clean and spacious and the sea is only a few meters away. We highly recommend this place for a perfect, relaxing stay!

“Everything was perfect and even better”

The first thing we want to say is this: if it were possible to give 100 points instead of 10, we would give 100 without a second thought. In all our travels, we have never felt so happy, welcomed, and cared for. This is not just a hotel – it is a place where you truly become part of a family. From the very first day, we were surrounded by warmth and kindness. A special thank you to the wonderful “Mother of Rhodes,” as she calls herself. She welcomed us with such genuine care that we immediately felt at home. The breakfasts and dinners deserve a review of their own. They are prepared by the children of this amazing family, who are truly talented chefs. Every meal was beautifully presented, incredibly delicious, and prepared with love. We were not just happy that we booked breakfast – we were grateful that we did. The portions were generous, everything was fresh, and every dish felt special. Honestly, the food was so good and refined that we would gladly have paid much more for it. Every single day we experienced genuine hospitality. Here, people truly care about their guests. Any request was handled immediately. Whether it was a simple question or asking for something we needed, everything was done with kindness and a smile. Nothing ever felt forced or part of a routine. The sincerity of this family is something very rare and very special. The room was spotless. Housekeeping was excellent, and everything was cleaned perfectly every day. The entire property is maintained with great attention and care. We would also like to thank Stamatis and his wife. During our stay, they became much more than hosts – they became our friends. They are wonderful, kind-hearted, and genuine people. The atmosphere they create is impossible to describe in words. It is something you have to experience yourself. When the time came to leave, it was incredibly difficult to say goodbye. We even got emotional together and shed a few tears.

The room was amazing, huge, comfortable bed, two balconies, in the shade in the evening which was so nice to chill and have a glass of wine. The staff were so friendly, a true family run hotel, they could not do enough to make our holiday wonderful. The location is near the small harbour and lovely beach, the water shoes are good to take as some beaches have stones, and you can wander around the rock.pools. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel has a cafe bar which serves drinks and snacks and a restaurant where the food is very good, freshly cooked, also reasonable and good portion sizes. We hope to return.

We have never experienced Greece like this before, and this experience was so authentic precisely because of the family that surrounded us. We want to thank the whole family for such a warm welcome. They truly love every single one of their guests! :) The apartments are very clean and cleaned every day (I’d say that’s not even necessary! :)). The views from the balcony-terrace are amazing. The apartments are located further from the center, which is great because the beach is not overcrowded and you can't hear the noise from the main streets, which are a 10-15 minute walk away. As for the staff—only the best ratings and wishes! They always check in on how you're doing, ask if anything is missing, and always respond to any questions, helping and giving advice. In addition to the apartments, the complex features a fish restaurant and a small café. Sending best wishes to Mama! The food is absolutely delicious. The beach café and its staff are wonderful and sincere. The food there is also delicious and high quality; we ate there multiple times. Special thanks to Stamatis! Thank you for the early check-in and the very late check-out—it was incredibly helpful for us. Thank you for every single recommendation and direction. We visited and tasted about 90% of them! :D The whole family doesn't count their hours there; we truly felt at home. We highly recommend these apartments. This is a place you'll want to return to! The room and bed were large and comfortable. There was a well-functioning air conditioner in both the bedroom and living room. The balcony had a beautiful view of the sea. The breakfast was delicious and served at the table, and every morning something on the menu changed. In addition, the breakfast table had a wonderful view of the sea. We really enjoyed swimming on the beach in front of the property before breakfast. Since the accommodation was located a little outside the center, the beach was not overcrowded and the area around the accommodation was quiet and peaceful both day and night.The center with shops and restaurants was about a 10-minute walk away. Many thanks to the family, we really enjoyed our stay!

We absolutely loved our stay here — the location right on a beautiful beach was simply stunning. The apartments were immaculate; spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and surprisingly spacious with a gorgeous view. We were delighted to discover a daily turndown service, which was such a lovely touch and kept everything feeling fresh throughout our stay. The hosts were the cherry on top — warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout. We couldn’t fault a single thing. Highly recommend!

We would like to thank the Tsambikos family for the wonderful holiday we spent at Tsambikos Apartments. It was our first time visiting Rhodes, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. The location is perfect—within walking distance of Faliraki town center and only about 20 minutes by car from Rhodes Old Town. The weather, the sandy beaches, and the sea were absolutely amazing. The food was exceptional as well! Every time we finished a dish, we found ourselves saying, “one more, one more,” because every meal was a true feast of flavors. Both Katara Beach and Tsambikos Restaurant were outstanding. More than a hotel, this place feels like a home. It is a lovely family-run business where everyone is incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. You will truly feel at home here, and believe us, once you experience a holiday like this, you will want to come back again and again. We would also like to mention the housekeeping service, which was exceptional. Every day we enjoyed fresh, beautifully scented sheets and towels, and the cleanliness was maintained with remarkable care and attention to detail—something we rarely encounter. Once again, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to Stamatis and his family for their outstanding hospitality. We hope to return very soon. “A wonderful peaceful stay for a family”

I had a wonderful week at this property with my wife and my 1 year old! Since day one, the owners treated us like family, they were extremely welcoming and accommodating with all our requests, they even gave us a little gift at the end of our stay! The apartment itself was a lot bigger than I expected, newly renovated, spacious, clean and nicely decorated, with amazing views of the sea. The beds are super comfortable, the apartment was equipped with all that is needed for my 1 yo. Breakfast was exceptional and so is the restaurant where we ate once for dinner. Absolutely recommended, especially with a small child, we will certainly be back.

Very kind staff that is always ready to support with anything you need. The family restaurant has some amazing fish dishes. It is 1 minute from the beach, which is a huge advantage. But the best and most important thing is the owner himself. Stamatis very kind and helpful! He even gave us a gift for the way home! Absolutly recommend it! The real Greek hospitality!

“Wonderful stay”

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and everything — from the room to the bathroom — was newly renovated and modernly furnished. The absolute highlight was the huge private terrace with a breathtaking view — a perfect place to relax. The owner Stamatis was incredibly attentive and hospitable, always ready to help and accommodate any of our requests. At the end of our stay, we even received a lovely gift and a bottle of wine, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The hotel’s restaurant was one of the best in the area — truly exceptional in both food and service. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back!

The apartment was lovely, well equipped and clean. The owner is really friendly, If we asked for transfer, taxi or only information, he was very helpful. 10 minutes walk from the citycenter, direct by the sea. We get also welcome drinks and fruit plate. I absolutely recommend it.

We had an amazing 2day stay here! The room with terrace was amazingly comfortable, had a beautiful view and regarding the location a bit away from the hustle & bustle but close enough to walk to it all. The host and the family running this place were very friendly and welcoming. A very well deserved 10/10, would love to come again any time!

My wife and I had a fantastic time at Tsambikos Apartments this June. Stamatis and his family were very welcoming and superb hosts. Never intrusive, but always around for anything we needed. The property was in great condition, spotlessly clean, quiet and located right on the beach. It was a short walk into Faliraki with plenty of restaurants and bars on the way as well as in the centre, although we spent the majority of the day at the apartments and beach. The harbour was just around the bay and we did boat trips to both Rhodes and Lindos (both recommended) from there during our stay. Everything made it one of the best, most relaxing and enjoyable holidays we have ever been on. Thank you Stamatis and family.
