The water park was really good for the kids, plus the kids entertaining was really good and kids really enjoyed it. So if you have kids they will love it.

Room was cleaned every day. No que under breakfeast / dinner exept for crepes. Sunbeds always available. Good cocktails/drinks in the bars. A lot of greek food in buffee. Beautiful garden. Big room and working air conditioning. We got a room a bit longer from main building, the noice from the main bar you could not hear to our room.

Everything is good.

The food is very good - amazing selection. Breakfast was average but everything else we were impressed with. The whole hotel is just lovely, nice beds and rooms. Waterpark is fab. We stayed early Oct and it wasn’t busy at all during the day. The artist in the hotel is absolutely insane and I highly recommend him. We had a family portrait done and it’s brilliant! He’s outside the arcade area.

The only good thing about this hotel is the water park and the pool. They are really great and the kids enjoyed them a lot.

We had a wonderful stay in that hotel! Very nice staff. Very good food and drinks. New renovated room - very perfect. Was our third stay in that place.The service was excellent, and everyone was so nice and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again!

The staff are exceptional. My husband suffered a medical episode while we were there and the staff knew exactly what to do and how to handle the difficult situation. They were really helpful and kind.

We can not fault anything, food, water park, entertainment. Everything exceeded our expectations. Excellent value for money.

“BAD BAD BAD BAD”

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL this is by far the worse hotel experience I had in my life The hotel is extremely noisy and the beds are not sleep worthy our firs room had no insolation, we had loud music until 23:15. In the morning from 10:00-12:00 and from 14:00-18:00 meaning we literally could not sleep. On the seconded day it rained and we had a massive leak, the bed got completely wet and half of our cloth to. The hotel staff was completely passive about it and offered us no help. It took them about 3 hours to respond. Eventually we switched room – a complete downgrade to a room that “came out of the 80s’”. The mattress were unbearable and I ended up sleeping 2 nights on the floor as it was more comfortable then the bed. Again the staff was so unhelpful that there was no point in talking to them. The general attitude in this hotel is “this is what we offer, we don’t care, we will not adjust or do anything for you”. We had booked 4 rooms to our extended family, in any other case we would just go to a other hotel. AVOID AT ALL COST.

We had a room in block 500, the rooms are very spacious and probably the best in the hotel. The water park is excellent for children and the entertainment on a night is pretty good, the dj / host does a great job.
