The Hotel really went the extra mile to provide for their guests. Despite the size and the volume of people, the staff always ensured that you were never left waiting. Every day the hotel would brings little gifts to the room as a token gesture and you could tell that the hotel were really proud of their reputation and wanted to maintain it. No shortcuts were taken with anything in my view, even the entertainment laid on was of a high quality.

However, the main dining room food was rather basic and could use some improvement. 🏖️ Beach: The beach right next to the hotel is beautiful and very comfortable, perfect for families. 👶 Family Experience: Since we were traveling with young children, the evening entertainment was a bit too loud and made it difficult for them to fall asleep. Additionally, the bunk bed in our room didn’t feel very safe — the upper guardrail was not sufficient.

The location and access to the beach are great, very near by, the beach sandy and clean and very pleasant. The pool and the bars are also nice, accessible, relaxing and the bars a have variety of drinks and snacks. The gym - brand new, high level, very fun to use. Good selection of equipment and clean.

The rooms and view were amazing. Very comfortable beds and pillows. The restaurants options to book had a wide variety of different food and because we had a short stay these were pre-booked for us so we didn't miss out. The buffet was the best buffet we have experienced, especially the breakfast. Loved the pools and easy access to an amazing beach with lots of water sports.

My wife and I had an unforgettable 6-day stay at Mitsis Faliraki. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Faliraki, right where the nightlife thrives, making it very convenient to explore the area. From the moment we arrived, the first thing that impressed us was the cleanliness. Every corner was spotless, spacious, and meticulously maintained. All the staff were cheerful, helpful, and exceptionally hospitable. In addition to the rich buffet options, we had the opportunity to dine at the Italian, Tex-Mex, and Greek restaurants included in our reservation. We loved both the food and the warmth and professionalism of the service team. During breakfast, Ms. İnci’s genuine hospitality made every morning a delightful experience. The Main Restaurant offered a wide variety of dishes for both breakfast and dinner, all of which were delicious. The bar staff in the hotel’s various locations were also highly skilled and attentive. We would like to sincerely thank all Mitsis Faliraki staff—from the service team to the kitchen staff, housekeeping, and lobby personnel. The thoughtful gifts and surprises awaiting us in our room added a special touch to our stay. In short, our time at Mitsis Faliraki exceeded all our expectations in terms of comfort and hospitality. “Not as expected”

On arrival we were greeted and informed that they already pre-booked restaurants for us. I didn't really appreciate this as I would prefer to choose myself, timings provided were too early for us. We booked a room with a shared pool and these rooms are on completly other side of all facilities, you reach them by walking through a dark corridor. There is no privacy. We had to keep our curtins closed all the time, and room was very dark. Room had a strange smell and old stains on the bed frame and mirror. Air conditioning was terrible, always too cold. We had to ask for extra blankets. Without it, it was just to stuffy in the room. There was basically no service at the shared pool area, so we had to keep walking to the other side of the hotel for refreshments. Food at the main restaurant was terrible, and there were queues constantly. There was also no activities organised during the day and for teens nothing was offered at all. We didn't use main pools, but it always looked busy around it. The beach was not that nice either, the sunbeds were free but dirty and with dirty ashtrays attached. Also only cold showers were available at the beach. On the last day staff didn't help us with our luggage although our area was far from the entrance and a lot of stairs. Also when we asked to check the AC, somebody came who couldn't help and then nothing more happened. We were also woken up several times by neighbours coming home from parties in the late hours. All together really not a good experience in this hotel, specially for the price.

Anna the receptionist was absolutely fantastic, and super helpful and kind. There was so many great options for food that tasted great, amazing drinks. Me and my partner loved the all inclusive. The pool was great and lots to do. Would definitely recommend

Very clean sun beds and towels were great. The food was fab and the different restaurants were all amazing.

The hotel staff, and especially the hotel manager, were super helpful, attentive and made sure we felt comfortable and looked after. The pool and beach area is well designed and just fun to hang out at. The coaches at the outdoor gym were fun and it's a good place to train and keep a balance after you feasted at the very tasty breakfast, lunch or dinner buffet. There are loads of scheduled fitness classes and activities (Yoga, Pilates, Strength, Beach Volleyball, etc, etc). We also liked the concept of having different restaurants on site (Italian, Greek, Asian, Burger/Pita, Tex-Mex,..) that you could book to change it up a bit. All in all, we were very happy and would happily come back again.
