Overall, our stay was good and we were satisfied with the food, cleanliness, and most of the staff. The restaurant staff were perfect – very kind and attentive. The young man at the reception wearing the black suit who welcomed us was also extremely polite and made a very good impression. However, we had a serious issue when our children got sick and we needed to bring food to the room. The organization was very poor. We asked the blonde lady at the reception area for assistance, but she refused and told us to order through room service. Considering that we had an all-inclusive package, we expected this to be free of charge, especially in such a situation. After that, we had to go down to the buffet again, prepare the food ourselves, and then wait for it to be delivered to the room, which took quite a long time despite the fact that the children were ill. In addition, the reception manager was not very friendly when we asked for a late check-out because of the children’s condition. Overall, we felt well welcomed, but there was no personal attitude or proper farewell when we left. The food and housekeeping were excellent.

The outside area of the hotel is really nice, clean, with a great vibe. Also the food is really good with variety of options.

The staff were fantastic, always warm and attentive. The hotel itself is beautiful set on luxurious grounds. We had a bungalow room which was very convenient for being close to everything, especially with a baby. The food was excellent and I really enjoyed the on-site restaurants. The hotel offers premium drinks as part of the all-inclusive package which was a real bonus. there was plenty to do and the entertainment team were always warm without being too pushy to enjoy their activities. we really enjoyed our stay and wouldwould definitely come back.

The beach bar was nice and the hotel staff were overall exceptional very helpful and kind. The room was to an okay standard. The cleaners were so lovely and did an amazing job.

Excellent staff, very helpfull and always with a smile. Facilities and pool area were excellent, next to the sea, with hotel service on the beach with drinks and fruit! Very nice mobile app with schedule of daily activities. Hotel in close proximity from both City center and nearby places to visit, ofcourse car is needed, but bus stop just outside the hotel.

The sea was wonderful. Transportation was very easy. The landscaping of the trees and greenery in the hotel's garden was very beautiful.

Spacious, modern, beautiful location, great food and drink options

The stuff made our stay more than amazing! Everyone was extremely helpful and nice to have a chat with. The food and cocktails were delicious. Location is perfect, just 15 mins to the old town with a taxi. Would love to be back again.
