Nice place, super clean and every day new towels. The hallway was so clean and the personell very kind.

Prime location - a stone throw away from the beach, a little supermarket across the road, and of course the many bars and restaurants around. The woman who gave us our key/cleaned the rooms daily was also so kind.

“Not good”

There is no staff, only a cleaning lady. I got the room key from a bar across the street, which had an elderly owner who was extremely disgusting and grumpy. On the beach in front, you are not allowed to sit in the first two rows, even though they are not marked as reserved. They are kept for the Greeks, while tourists are made to stay in the back. I told them this is not okay, and they replied that if I don’t like it, I should leave. There is hardly any sea view, because the restaurant is right in front.

The entrance to the property is like the entrance to a toilet. The mattresses are of very poor quality, the towels are black, the furniture is cheap, it looks like a hospital.

The property has good potential and is in a nice location, but unfortunately our experience was affected by the complete lack of communication during the stay. We received no response to messages sent via Booking or through direct contact. This left us with a strong sense of being unattended — if anything goes wrong, you’re entirely on your own. The only phone call we managed to make was handled in a rushed and rather unfriendly manner. It’s a pity, because just a little more attention to guest support could make the stay truly enjoyable.

Electronic check in which made it very convenient. Very close proximity to the beach but the amenities at the beach ie the umbrellas and sun beds were very expensive to use on a daily basis. So you had to look for more affordable options. Also there are much more beautiful beaches on the island.

On the beach, friendly staff, cleaned every day with fresh towels/sheets, excellent restaurant on the beach, large room and large ground floor ‘balcony’, many electric sockets around the room, sliding insect netting doors across balcony door, Bus stop on main road going in both directions saving a fortune on taxi fares.

Spacious, modern room and bathroom with lovely patio. Right next to the beach. 10% off at the bar. I could borrow some plates from the beach bar, as there is no kitchen in the room. Plenty of parking. Kiosk across the main road selling drinks. Sea at the beach was very clean.

“Great location, needs tending”

Good location right on the beach, at a walking distance from Faliraki. The room was large, with comfortable bed, fridge and great WiFi. Cleaning service every day. The staff was polite and pleasant!

The beach and the restaurant was nice. But even though we were hotel customer we had to pay for the beach.

Location

It's located very close to the beach. The room is big and clean. The food is good on its related terace on the beach (not included). The water front is safe for families with cildren.

Right in front of the beach

The location is on the best beach in Faliraki (although the centre of Faliraki is far) and have a nice beach bar and restaurant serving on the beach, also with kids’ playground. The host allowed us early check in (in the morning) as our plane landed early in Rhodos and it was really helpful. Near the location a minimarket and bus stop.
