This was an absolutely brilliant stay, the staff are lovely. Room was large, clean & very comfortable. Pool just outside the door and lovely bar area with great food. Would definitely return!

Terrace, reception with a snack bar, pool, a lot of storage space for clothes and food, vicinity of supermarket, bus stops and amazing bakery. There are multiple beach sites within 10 min walk, a lot of delicious restaurants in less crowded part of town. The apartments are close but not next to the street so traffic noise is not substantial. Reception crew provides very good support and advises instantly. Things seem seamless, just what you need from a holiday destination!

The service. The family running the hotel are very helpful and friendly. It is in a very good location..quiet but a short walk to the bars and restaurants. Also close to the bus stop if you are not driving.

Very clean, spacious etc. staff helped with taxi and buses.

Loved it here and will be back! Excellent facilities with large sized rooms and newly renovated bathrooms. Beautiful pool and bar area. Very clean and well kept. Great location with easy access to Faliraki beach but also bus to anywhere in Rhodes. Best of all run by wonderful Greek family - feels just like a Family House.

Wonderful accommodation less than 50mtrs from supermarket, tavernas, wonderful patisserie, bus stops, but far enough from the traffic to be very quiet. Savas and his family are wonderful hosts, and nothing is too much trouble. Savas is at poolside every day and assists with any enquires in addition to good food and drinks. Excellent run business and would stay again.

“Lovely find in Faliraki - would definitely stay again”

Loved our stay at this gem in Faliraki. Location is excellent - It’s close to a bus stop but it’s not noisy. Close to a big supermarket and one of the nicest bakeries I’ve been to. 10-15 min walks to the downtown area and beach. Loved the clean and spacious apartment - enough room for us and our two teenage boys. The pool area is super nice as well - plenty of loungers and great vibe. The pool bar is also nice and the food there is good and very reasonably priced. Best of all is though the friendly staff that work there. I would highly recommend this place.

The family house is one of a kind. Not just for the facilities, and I'll get back to that, but also for the family. It is what it says, it's a family run business. They take pride in everything they do and present. You couldn't wish for a better service than you will receive here, and remember, we're talking self catering! 🤗 I'm a very honest person and I'll say it as it is. Yes, you can find cheaper self catering apartments in town but that is where your small savings will end. You would not get a spacious, above average sized apartment in faliraki. You wouldn't get grade A air conditioning. And did I mention the soundproof rooms? You're only a 5 minute walk from the main strip yet you wouldn't know it. So , back to the family house. The pool area is spotless. I've personally witnessed stamos cleaning the pool and all of the sunbeds nightly. The bar area is wonderful. It's under shelter, although in greek summertime that doesn't feel as cool as you want it to. Lol Savas, Nicole and stamos are there to look after you. They offer to alter your food order to benefit you. Nothing is too much trouble. And do it with a smile, and it's genuine. They really are a beautiful family. If you know, you know. Stamma does a fantastic job on the rooms. They are spotless. Towels are replaced and beds are stripped and remaid during my stay, I do 7 days, so very good. My family came with me this year and my grandson Jacob just loved it there. He didn't want to leave. He's 9. The family made him feel like part of them and he was smitten. He spoke about it for days. Lol I've stayed at the Family house with family, with friends and also been on my own and can definitely state that there is no better stay anywhere in faliraki that can beat this. Well done Family House. Can't wait to see you all again soon. Big love. 😎😎😘

“Why go anywhere else”

Absolutely love these apartments and the family that work really hard to make the stay perfect. Rooms are very clean. Pool well looked after and bar area fully stocked. The meals are fresh and cooked to order and there is a good amount of choice. Cannot wait to go back next summer. Thank you Stamos, Savas, Mike and Nicole. 😁🌞🇬🇷
