The 15-minute form-filling requirement at reception was very amateurish, the food was not fresh and of poor quality, there was insufficient staff, the rooms were not clean, the toilets were unventilated and very small, there was no one supervising the pools except for the lifeguard, children were entering the pool with their food, children were vomiting in the pool and there was no one to clean or supervise, the stairs of the slides smelled awful because there was no cleaning system. I would never choose this place again.

Excellent service, many things were thoughtfully planned, and I liked the buffet schedule, which was tailored to any activity level. And the staff's simply friendly attitude.

This was our second time coming to Cyprotel. We had a rough two years with no holidays and coming back to Cyprotel Faliraki after all this time was an absolute treat. We made a little room request to the staff and we ended up with a beautiful room, and a bottle of wine welcoming us back. This was very special for us and cannot thank Eliott, Roxanne and Enzo enough for this little surprise. The hotel was just like we remember, great food, two lovely pools, one with music and activities and one very chilled. The entertainment is great and the staff is very good. The hotel is very clean and the cleaning ladies are great. We did the Marco Polo sea trip (again) and it is so worth it, saw many fish, including a Lion Fish. We also did the Faliraki tour train you can catch from the hotel, I recommend the 18h30 one and you will see the sunset :) We went to Rhodes on one of the days, and word of advice: do not try to get the local public transport buses. Many of them are full before they even reach your stop and you will be waiting a long time - however there is a boat shuttle from Faliraki Harbour to Rhodes and back, it's a very pleasant journey. Unfortunately we had a family emergency and had to cut our trip short, but we loved our stay, thank you for making it so special, and we will be back!

Good location, clean room, and room services come every day. Great food all the time. The staff are very friendly, especially Nick, the americans one. The pools are so good and clean, my kids love the aqua park with the slides. Pool bar serv drinks all day to midnight. The beach is about a 15 minutes walk from the hotel, but there is a shuttle bus to the beach many times up to 16.30 in the afternoon. Very good activities for the kids and the adults every day in the evening.

The staff couldn't have been more hekpful from the moment we arrived. The different pool areas were great with a nice mixture of shallow areas for younger kids and deeper, quieter, pool area for adults. And the slides were fun for younger kids (our nearly 12 year old was a little bored of them after a couple of days). Although we went at a busy time of year we were still able to find sun loungers close to the pool (although maybe not always 4 together or in the shade). There was a great selection of food available nearly all day long and it was lovely to be in an all inclusive resort where there really weren't any hidden extras (including a menu of cocktails both with and without alcohol). The snack bar at lunch by the pools with fantastic Greek salad options and burgers and chips was very welcome and meant that we didn't need to get changed if we wanted to have some lunch. There was also ice cream of different flavours and tasty loukoumades with different chocolate sauces between certain times - great for the kids to fill up on! Although it was a bit of a walk to the beach the free bus shuttle during the day made it easy to get to rather than walking during the heat of the July days

It was a wonderful vacation! We have only the best impressions and words of gratitude to all the staff! It was delicious, clean, fun and interesting! Thank you all for the clean morning sunbeds, the green watered grass, the delicious and fresh food in the restaurants and the interesting evening program!

“Great for kids entertainment but the hotel needs modernising”

1. This hotel is great for ENTERTAINMENT, there is always something going on day and night: karaoke, a theme song with their own choreography, kids disco, quizz night, singers and dancers, a space for kids to play football, balloons, mascots, kids spa night… lovely entertainment staff 2. location is quite good because you can walk to shops or to the beach in 20mins. 3. The pools are good, water park is good for kids over 6 4. lots of snacks, food is ok. 5. Faliraki is cute 6. Anthony Quinn bay is close and really lovely 7. It’s only 20mins drive from the airport

“All in one hotel, Cyprotel”

I really enjoyed every single minute at this hotel. Lovely and helpful staff, a lot of activity for kids and for adults. Amazing slides, three swimming pools in total, plenty of sunbsds, Snack bar opened with selection of salads, hotdogs. The main restaurant offering some repeated food but also every day is special grill selection. Most important every day you can get beef, chicken, pork, fish-good fish. The whole place is compact, not need to wait for food or drinks. Some people complain about drinks to sweet, but you can ask for extra soda and is not sweet anymore. Cocktails can be made with whatever you want with the local drinks. Close to the beach, bus available for free.
