“A family holiday to remember for all the right reasons”

Bright Star met our every expectation and was a perfect choice for our family summer holiday. From the warmest of welcomes, Lefteris and his staff were always happy to help, nothing was too much trouble throughout our stay. A special mention for Alex who does everything with a winning smile! Our apartment was modern and spacious and had everything we needed, WiFi and air conditioning worked well, towels were changed regularly. The pool was clean, never too busy and sunbeds were always available, our exclusive jacuzzi was a nice addition too. The quiet location is perfect, a 10 minute walk from the main beach and town centre and a short drive to some lovely bays. Snorkelling in Anthony Quinn bay was unbelievable! It was hard to say goodbye, without doubt we will return to Bright Star and Faliraki, hopefully in 2026, Yamas!

On Arrival greeted with a smile. Lefteris the owner is a fantastic host. He was so friendly, professional and down to earth. His pal Alex helps out and is a cracking fella , whatever we needed Alex delivered. Staff member Svetlana was great gave us great advice on where to visit as we had a car for 7 days. Hotel itself is small and cozy, perfect place to relax. Although it was about 10-15 minutes stroll to the beach there was a bicycle rental next door and it was fun zipping up and down to the beach in South Faliraki which is clean and sandy. we stayed in room 115 which had a twin and double room , kitchen, good shower and large Balcony. Important to note that the balcony's were mostly shaded from the sun all day and the entire apartment had electric blinds and when activated the bedrooms were dark. Great for sleeping. Air-conditioners worked perfectly too. Its our first holiday where we never tired of their breakfast. Greek Yogurts,, fruits, lovely thin pancakes Bacon. scrambled eggs, brown/white breads and best of all pastries with spinage and cheese. Sausages were also served. THE COFFEE IS GREAT . Rooms were cleaned every day and fresh towels provided. The Guests were a mixture of young and middle-aged from all corners of Europe and beyond and i'm convinced this hotel brought the best out of everyone staying. Everyone was lovely. The Pool was spotless with loads of sunbeds in open and sheltered areas, interesting there were nice breezes around the pool area. Lefteris also had a nearby restaurant which serves lovely local and international dishes. We stayed for two weeks and didn't want to leave. Alex took us to the airport and watching Lefteris and his young son waving goodbye was heartbreaking. This is a hidden gem. Thanks again Denis, Tatjana, Henry

Peaceful location but within walking distance of everything around Faliraki. Very lovely and welcoming staff. Breakfast was good and had everything you need and more! The room was nice, very spacious. Thank you!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful family-managed facility, and we can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a friendly atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The manager is incredibly easy-going and genuinely willing to help with anything you might need, which added to the overall positive experience. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Despite the tranquility, it's just a short distance from Faliraki beach and the town center, so you can easily enjoy both the beach and local attractions. The pool area is a nice addition to the facility, providing a space to relax and enjoy some downtime. Everything at the property is well-organized, which made our stay even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway in a welcoming environment, this is the place to be!

“Very pleasant hotel”

The owner is extremely nice and helpful. He picked us up from the airport after our rental car company let us down - even though it was in the early hours of the morning. The room was large and pleasant and the pool area was attractive with a good sized very clean pool.

“Kids love it”

We had a room with private jacuzzi and my kids really loved the opportunity to use it at 7 am. Staff was really helpful and the breakfast was so good. Only 10 minutes walk to all the restaurants, beach and shops

The owner Lefteris could not have been more welcoming. Our superior apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable with a great shower. Everyone needs to drink a Leftie Special from the bar at least once in life. Breakfast was great and the pool was very clean with plenty of beds. It’s a short walk to the beach and shops too. We will definitely be back with the rest of the family for another visit.

Location is close to everywhere and in quiet place. Room and facilities. Comfortable bed. Welcoming and very helpful staff!!! The owner Lefteris has been at our arrival and departure. We have had early check in and very late check out. This is the best choice to stay and relax.

A small and clean hotel in a good location within walking distance of services. The hotel had a calm and relaxed atmosphere - if you are looking for a relaxing vacation, this is the right accommodation for you! The pool was lovely and clean every day. There were enough sunbeds. There is a small shop and restaurants near the hotel. Faliraki Mainstreet within walking distance. The staff was really friendly! Lefteris was really helpful and it was easy to ask him for advice 🤩 The interior of the room was great and the bed really good! The balcony was a suitable size. The room had everything you needed and it was cleaned daily. The air conditioning worked well and the room was wonderfully fresh. The breakfast was sufficient and the coffee was good! We rented a car from the hotel and it was easy. We recommend the hotel! Thank you Lefteris and staff 🤩

“Gem of a Hotel”

Lefteris & family make you feel like part of the family. . I don't think I have ever stayed in a hotel which makes you feel like that. Lefteris was there to greet us on arrival and upgraded us to a bigger room free of charge. We also received welcome drink on arrival.Rooms came with everything you would expect (soap, shower gel, towels, dish towel, kitchen utensils in plenty) & pool towels can be obtained from the bar. Breakfast was highlight of our day So much to choose from, and the ladies work so hard and are just the sweetest. There is a restaurant called Oinos, which is owned by the family, food was lovely, staff great there also x Everything about brightstar was perfect, Lefteris, his mamma, his boys, Savas, cleaning staff, taxi driver, breakfast staff , Lowra. What a team. It is peaceful and relaxing whilst only being a 10 minute walk away from beach and main strip.( turn left when come out hotel)Supermarket few minutes walk if turn right when leaving entrance. My teenage girls loved it, we had pool to ourselves most days. It is a great location for exploring Rhodes, lots of guests did but this was a relaxing holiday for us. In the evening there's so much choice, but this was a chilled holiday for us, so generally dinner then back to apartments, there is pool table, TV, books, bar and comfortable seating areas to relax, we even stayed in 1 evening and Savas ordered us takeaway and we played cards with the family. My sister loved it so much and felt so safe and comfortable that she would travel on her own to brightstar. We where late flight home, Lefteris booked our taxi and told us we could keep room on no problem without even having to ask. Lefteris, his mamma and Savas where all there to say goodbye when leaving, each and every member of this extended family work so very hard and make each and every single person feel like part of the family. This truly is a home from home with all the added comforts.

Everything that we needed for our vacation was there. Perfect location,quiet place, and the same time very close to the beach and taverna. Very good breakfast,we lacked nothing. Clean accommodation and friendly staff. Mr.Lefteris was very kind and responsive to All our needs. Many thanks for everything.

Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Rooms were very clean and the beds were spacious and very comfortable. Lovely breakfast every morning. Pool was a nice temperature and clean, and it’s a 10 minute walk to the Main Street and the beach. Overall would really recommend staying here in what was a very well run family business.

“Fantastic stay”

Make no mistake, this is a high quality apart hotel in a very good location, minutes from the beach and the resort centre. Don’t miss the opportunity to go to the restaurant, as it’s absolutely beautiful both aesthetically and the presentation of the food. Lefteris and his family are lovely people and the rest of the staff are brilliant too.

We spent a wonderful 10 nights here, perfect location only 10-15 min walk to beach and main bar area. Room was lovely , modern and cleaned every day to a high standard. The pool area was wonderful. Owner and family were so friendly kind and helpful. Great breakfast included each morning with lots of choice from cereal to eggs sausages ect. The owner has a restaurant close by and we had dinner there twice, wonderful food and plenty of choice. My daughter left behind something very sentimental and it was found and posted out to us the same day. Would highly recommend and will be back to stay again. Thank you for everything
