“Good hotel to stay in. Close to the airport and to Ram Mandir.”
My father needed some medication on the 2nd day of the stay. One of the reception staff named Saurabh went to a local pharmacy and bought the medication we needed - even though he had just finished his shift. It was much appreciated.

The ambience of the restaurant on rooftop is excellent. The restaurant staff and manager are polite, courteous and very helpful. The food is tasty but not too heavy on oil and spice, which is good.

The restaurant staff and the cleaning staff were lovely n very helpful. The receptionist , although a nice young lady, had an abrupt manner when she asked for full payment of the room prior to booking us in. Could be done in a nice polite way. Please please , DO NOT Trust OM, the guy who "supposedly" helps you with the car travel arrangements n charges you exorbitant price for a small journey. He says he does not receive anything from it, but upon talking to the taxi drivers, it became clear that he takes a big chunck of the money . A trip to the Ram Mandir n back, with a taxi taken from outside the hotel cost us 500rupess , whereas , the hotel taxi the night before, where the driver just dropped us n waited in car for 2hrs n dropped us back, cost us 4500 rupees . It's a proper con, so please DO NOT MAKE ANY TRAVEL Arrangements with/from Cyne

“Not worth it”
Very bad experience. The hotel charges Rs 2200 just for a drop to the mandir. It's fine to charge for a drop off, but this rate is unacceptable and unreasonable. They charge Rs 500 for driver's accommodation. We had gone to the mandir, and they refused to provide accommodation until I came back and paid for it. BTW, no one picks up their phone, so god forbid if one needs to talk to the hotel , one can not.

I had travelled from Lucknow to Ayodhya for Ram Janm Bhoomi visit and booked Cygnett from Booking .com, My overall experience of Cygnett has been Excellent and their staff, food and service is excellent. They also supported by coordinating with travel for car pickup from Lucknow
