The musty smell upon entering the hotel. The carpets felt sticky in the lobby, but didn’t seem clean in the room either. Extra fee to be on the first floor - seems ridiculous to me. The employee wasn’t properly trained, and took forever to book in after an online booking had been completed. Seems expensive for what it is. Blankets aren’t thick enough

“Good Location, Nice Value For Money”
Great location, very easy access to the highway. Breakfast was quite limited, but Perkins is right across the parking lot. Other options close by as well.

“Disappointing.”
The room had an odd odor to it. Didn't smell fresh and clean. I found hair on the sink in the bathroom. The bed sheets were dingy and thread bare. Never in my life have I slept on such worn out sheets. The hallway had a lot of dirt clods on the carpet. Construction workers are not bad people, but they drag in a lot of dirt. The last time I stayed here, my nonsmoking room smelled of cigarette smoke. I won't come back to this place due to the smelly room and worn out sheets. The breakfast consisted of tiny boxes of sugar coated cereal. No toast, muffins, etc. The coffee was very weak, barely any color in it.

“Should we have to stay in Fairmont again, we definitely will stay here.”
From previous stays at Super 8 in other states, we knew the brand to be clean, and the location was easy to access the main roads. I was there for surgery this morning. The desk clerk both yesterday and today were friendly and positive, and pure joys to deal with.
