“Would not book this Springhill Suites again.”
Cleaning staff were very accomodating and good. Parking was good. Coffee in the urns was actually good.

“Comfortable short stay”
The room was expected to be spacious, it was clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable and big. The housekeeper were very friendly and cooperative when asked to come back. Breakfast was alright, had the basics and don't expect much. Nothing to complain as we were satisfied with our stay.

“We will never stay there again.”
I requested housekeeping service for each day we were there, as there were many of us in the suite. Of the four nights we were there, the room was serviced once. The staff lied, made excuses, and would not put us in touch with a manager, as apparently none were working when we were there. We will not stay there again.

It is a quiet hotel 30-40 minutes drive from Washington DC. Room and other facilities were clean, staff was helpful.

“I ended up not being able to enter, let alone stay. Unacceptable.”
The property declined to even let me enter when I got to the hotel to check in. (it was an early hour of the morning, but I had that exact time specified in my reservation). The gentleman at the front desk refused to let me in despite me providing him with my reservation information over the intercom. The front desk gentleman literally (and without checking his system, as I can clearly see him) said to me that he doesn't have a reservation nor vacancies. As a Marriott Titanium Elite member, this was easily the most unporfessional experience I have ever had at any hotel ever, and this is coming from a loyal customer with 170 plus nights per year booked.

“Wonderful we enjoyed it”
Breakfast was pretty good the eggs were a little overdone they should be cooked a little bit less so they're more just slight liquidy otherwise it was fine the room we didn't expect that much in the room so we loved it our dogs are small and they loved it cuz a lot of room to play
