What a charming couple—such warm and welcoming hosts. The perfect place to relax during our journey to Tuscany. The rooms are authentic and very clean. At breakfast, we were even able to choose how our eggs were prepared. Highly recommended

We were welcomed by the owners. They were very kind people. It's situated in a beautiful, peaceful setting, which was very welcome after a long journey. The peace and quiet was unbelievable. I could easily stay here for two weeks. We slept wonderfully. In the morning, we had a good breakfast. They asked what we wanted. An Italian sweet breakfast with delicious bread, cheese, ham, and yogurt—everything was perfectly taken care of. We give them a 10 out of 10.

-it's all about the peace of the soroundings and the heartwarming hosts. It's that kindess you rarely see nowadays , the attention to details ( they are calling you and your kids by name... nobody does that). The breakfast is made out of local bio products...eggs, honey reminded me of the tastes of childhood. It's the kind of place you don't want to tell the world about, because it felt so good you want it all for yourself.

Such a lovely house surrounded by nature! And very accommodating and friendly hosts! Drinking wine on the balcony, watching the sky with the moon and the fireflies in the trees while our daughter was sleeping in her own comfortable bed, so romantic!

Nice, comfortable and clean rooms and a very warm and extremely service minded host couple. Anita and Giancarlo went out of their way to make us feel welcome, assisted us in booking horserides at the nearby riding school and even accompanied us there to make sure everything was ok. Very nice breakfast with Anita’s delicious home baked cakes 😊 Beautiful rural environment, very dog friendly location and family ❤️

“Fantastic stay at beautiful property in the country”

Anita and her husband sent us a WhatsAp message with detailed instructions on how to reach the property. On arrival we were greeted and immediately felt like family. Anita offered us some water (after a long hot drive!) and showed us to our room. The property is close to a horse riding school and Anita gave us directions so that we could walk to view the horses. We had not booked anywhere for dinner and Anita was more than happy to call a local pizzeria to book us a table. The room: a great size with a large bed, desk, single bed for our son and wardrobe. The ceiling was beautiful old wooden beams. A well sized (shared) balcony was available for our use. Anita had set our sons bed up with cute bedding (Beauty and the Beast) and a teddy. These small details did not go unnoticed and went some way towards making our stay here so wonderful. The shower was incredible (great views and water pressure was fantastic). The breakfast: breakfast comprised of pastries, yoghurts, fresh fruit and juice, and a selection of cheeses and salami. Delicious! Anita made us a bowl of capuccino - just what we needed. Only a 15 minute drive to Milan Malpensa Airport - a great location. The service here was incredible. It was a fantastic way to end our trip to Italy and we wished we had stayed longer. Anita and Juan Carlo - grazie!
