Wonderful place,with hills around and nothing but bird sounds. Big pool. Not to many rooms in the villa,so you feel like you are almost alone there. Friendly host. Highly recommend and hopefully will come back!

“Amazing Umbria and Tuscany”
Paolo is so helpful and great host. He gave us a lot of tips for trips. The peaceful environment was amazing.you are surrounded by nature and peace. The good point for our motorbike's trips - Assisi, Pitigliano, Sorano, Orvieto, Villa Lante, Civita di Bagnoregio, Porto Santo Stefano, Santuario Etrusco Romano, Saturnia and winding roads of Tuscany and Umbria. Amazing trip.Thanks.

Very kind host Paolo gave us instruction for everyting we need and made us feel welcome and comfortable as if we were visiting friends. The house itself, surroundings and apartment were exceptional.

“A glorious relaxing oasis in the hills of Umbria.”
The house was comfortable,clean,bright and airy, and the garden lovely and lush. The pool was clean with fantastic views across the hills and countryside of Umbria. Our hosts Paolo and Rosella were a delight with nothing being too much trouble.They even took us to an old market town as their guests for some shopping and to show us the historical sights, a fabulous day.

Paolo is a great and a very friendly host. He was very helpful and welcoming. He also makes his own and delicious olive oil, of the olive trees in the garden. the pool is very nice with a beautiful view of the landscape. the apartment itself was very clean and had everything that you needed for a few days.

Paolo is the best host we could’ve wished for. He’s very sympathetic and came to have a chat with his guests every day when they saw each other. He recommended us some nice trips. The location is amazing, the view is beautiful. We have really enjoyed the pool, which was very well maintained. We would definitely recommend this place to others!
