The fact that it's my second and not my last time at this hotel says it all. Overall a pleasant place to stay, very helpful staff and a place I feel I can trust to have what I need, no disappointments. Clean, nicely equipped, comfortable, well located and everything in place.

Short stay, good enough location for old town and railway station, nice to have a fridge in a heatwave, helpful staff. Good breakfast.

“Good enough place to investigate Fabriano”

A whole flat with a comfy bed, top floor, basic bathroom, no aircon (the mayor apparently needs to approve it first on eco grounds) but a fan. A big fridge and a kitchen, if we wanted to cook something, which we did not. Free parking. WiFi. Lift.

Food was great. Staff was excellent - really helpful and friendly.

Italian breakfast. But there was plenty of everything. Room were heated. There is a free parking lot for guests. Staff was friendly.

Good location for visiting the town, and the free parking lot with easy access is a real extra-valuable feature. The rooms are clean and quite comfortable. The breakfast is quite rich with various options.

“good hotel for us spending one night”

the hotel was very quiete 12 minutes walk to the center , very helpful and friendly receptionist lady ( she helped me find my glasses and jacket I forgot in a town 20 kilometer from there by phoning to the bar I forgot my things) the room was huge, our bed fairly comfortable, (I brought my own pillow ), everything very simple but it was good. the refrigerator was very big . breakfast had good cakes !

good breakfast, nice lady at the breakfast helping us with everything, the place is quite close to the centre, with free parking possibility at the hotel. everybody and everything was nice.
