“The real Italian village experience!”
Lovely setting not far off the main highway into Florence. Friendly welcoming host. A number of good restaurants in nearby village.

“Romantic place”
Great place in the middle of vineyard. Everything was excellent - room, place, breakfast and mainly lovely host Milena. Some pizzeria/restaurant near the house.

“The stay was very pleasant”
Very small and quiet place. Situated a bit sideways from the main living area of Fabbrico, so nothing disturbs at night. At the same time there are a couple nice restaurants in just 10 minutes walk. Very friendly and hospitable owner and the staff. In the room there is everything you need for comfort.

Beautiful surroundings, very clean and comfy rooms with airconditioning. Wonderful breakfast, ample parking, easy to get to and from Reggio Emilia. It's very tranquil and a bit out of the way, but easy enough to get to lovely restaurants nearby.

“Above expectation”
Excellent, clean and the owner was very helpful. Absolutely quiet during night. All restaurants recommended by them were great and they also helped us to find another accommodation for following night as we had to stay one day longer.

i loved the views the property provides, waking up to seeing an amazing set of views of the countryside of the little town gave me so much joy, the staff was amazing and beyond helpful in everything. will definetely stay again!
