Overview
This pleasant rural guest house is located in the small village of Ezkurra at the foot of the Navarra Pyrenees. Set in an 18th century building, it offers a terrace, free Wi-Fi and scenic mountain views. The heated rooms at Hostal Ezkurra feature sloped ceilings and traditional, functional décor. All include wooden floors, a TV and a private bathroom. Breakfast is served daily and the property’s restaurant offers traditional, local cuisine with grilled meat and fish. There is also a bar area, a library and packed lunches can be provided for days out. The area surrounding Hostal Ezkurra is ideal for hiking and cycling, with nearby routes such as the Plazaola Train and the Bidasoa. The Bertiz Nature Reserve and Leurza Reservoir are 20 km away. Free private parking is available and the property is around 50 km from San Sebastian and 50 minutes’ drive from Pamplona.

“A beautiful getaway”
The hostal is located in such a beautiful little quiet village. We took a beautiful walk around after dinner. It was so cosy and pleasant to sleep with our windows open in this peaceful quiet surrounded by nature and wake up to the singing of birds and the fresh summer morning air.

“The perfect welcome following a very wet journey...”
This was the first overnight stay on a two week motorcycle tour of Northern Spain. Having ridden some distance in the pouring rain from the port of Santander we had a very warm welcome from our hosts. Despite the language barrier, they did everything to ensure we had a first rate experience. Our motorcycles were parked in the secure garage/beer store and that evening we enjoyed an excellent meal. The rooms were of a good size with clean well appointed bathrooms. Breakfast the following morning was also of a high standard. Superb hosts, and highly recommended. Thank you...

“Good place to stay”
I had a night stop here on a motorbike trip. It's a very remote and beautiful place, nothing else in the village. A perfect place for relaxing as well as hiking in the area. It is run by a family who were all very nice and accommodating despite not being able to say a word in English and me not speaking Spanish. There is a very nice atmosphere in the restaurant and I had a simple, yet lovely dinner accompanied by a good wine for a reasonable price. The room was good, clean and had everything I needed.

Exceptional value for money. Comfortable, clean room with breakfast. Dinner in the evening, particularly the fish, was beautifully cooked using fresh home grown ingredients and was very reasonably priced. Lovely friendly hosts. Relaxing stay - thank you for having us!
