Lovely place, perfect for a short stay. The location is excellent, less than 5 minutes walk from the medieval village and the exotic garden. The hostess is very welcoming and friendly, I would recommend the place.

The hotel is perfectly situated for the beautiful Eze sites; vielle ville, Jardin Exotique, restaurants, Bars.

I do not recommend Hotel Arc En Ciel at all. Upon arrival, there was no one available to give us the key or assist with check-in. The hotel felt completely abandoned, as if no one had been living or staying there for a long time. They messaged me claiming they had left the key somewhere near the stairs, but I was unable to find it despite searching thoroughly. This left me stranded at night in an unfamiliar location, which was an absolute nightmare after driving a long distance. Ultimately, I had to leave the hotel without checking in and find another place to stay. To make matters worse, the hotel still charged me the full amount, and my follow-up attempts to get a refund have been unsuccessful. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had, and I would strongly advise against booking with this hotel.

The location in the village was perfect for us. We could walk the village cobbled streets and take in the spectacular views from the gardens and other viewpoints. Plenty of good cafes and restaurants yo choose from - lots of beautiful galleries and shops to browse in. The hotel was located in a key spot close to the bus stops. The office of tourism and post office just next door as well. We were able to get all the advice on the bus schedules to help us. We arrived by train at Éze sur Mer and we had to call a taxi as we had missed the last bus. Taxi took us directly to the hotel. About 15 mins drive. We walked to the train station via the Neitzche trail on our way out of town and it was rough and steep downhill. It took about 1 hour as it was slow going in some places. As most people visit Éze by bus S day trips, after 8pm the streets are quiet. This is really lovely after busy village during the day.

Very friendly owner! The beds were comfortable, the room and the bathroom were very clean. The hotel is strategically located at the entrance to the village of Eze and so one can visit the village before the tourist buses arrive in the morning!
