Before our stay the appartment caught on fire unfortunately... This did not stop Pascalle from making sure we could still have an excellent stay in Éze! We got another very nice appartment and because the appartment was a bit harder to reach with public transport, pascalle often drove us from and to the trainstation out of the goodness of her heart!

Pascale's place is absolutely lovely. It's got a lovely energy, it's vwry well designed, and super-clean. Lots of personal touches and Pascal is a friendly, lovely host, ready with advice and reccomendations. The building is full of character and feels lived in, which is great.The area is beautiful. Easy connections along the coast.

Clean and comfortable. Well equipped

The appartment is small but very well equipped, the interier is newly renovated. The kitchen is enough for easy cooking or breakfast preparation. The view from the window is beautiful. Access to the beach is easy through tunnel or drive way. The location is excellent for exploring the coast - easy bus or train access to both sides of the Azure Coast. Excellent communication with Pascale, the owner - timely and helpful communication before the arrival (parking instructions) and clear self-check in instructions.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Èze! The place was exceptionally clean and very well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The highlight for me was definitely the breathtaking view from the window — absolutely stunning and even better than the photos! The apartment was also fully equipped with everything I needed, making my stay easy and relaxing. The location was perfect — close enough to explore the village but still peaceful. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to enjoy Èze in comfort and beauty.

Wonderful apartment near the Eze station (8min walk). Beautiful view of the water. Great location. It was clean, tidy and a well equipped kitchen and washing machine with clothes rack. Air con worked great and a very comfortable mattress. Would definitely stay again.

Nice place very close to the train station which was ideal for us. Lovely views & very close to the beach albeit a very stony but popular beach.

Pascalle really was a great host. She visited me when I had just arrived and explained everything I needed to know. The appartment doesn't have its own parking lot, and parking on the street is troublesome and expensive. Pascalle pointed out a free parking lot, about 1,5 kilometers outside of the town, directly on the coast road. That worked out fine.

Very clean, bed so confortable, all the facilities, close to the train, the host was very welcoming.

We really enjoyed the studio, everything about it, location, interior and most of all the host, Pascale. Studio is close to train and bus station and you can easy go anywhere/everywhere. Studio has everything what you need for comfortable stay, including big fridge, stove, dishwasher and washing machine. Pascale... there is not enough words to describe, she is amazing and will provide you with required guidance

It is a very nice, clean, well furnished, and well located studio. Everything is like on the photos. In 5 to 20 minutes you can reach Cap-d'Ail, Monaco, Roquebrune Cap-Martin, Beaulieu-sur-mer, and Nice by train. There is a very nice beach in 5 minutes on foot from the appartment. Special thanks to Pascale for the hospitality and warm welcome ! We spent a great time in your apartment !

“Lovely studio well situated to access all of the Cote d’ Azur!”

It was a lovely studio ! Beautifully decorated and with all modern amenities, new kitchen etc. there was a view of the sea and access to the beach via a little tunnel close by. It was 10 mins walk to the train and buses stopped right outside . The host was wonderful, very helpful ! Fantastic !!

Apartment is extremely clean and new. I felt that it’s just after renovation. Especially bathroom and kitchen. Also location is perfect and we found it easily from train station. Bus station is just in front of the building. Beach as well. View from the window is also amazing.

Very well appointed apartment in a period building with very high ceilings and a wonderful sea view. The property has all the extras to make a very comfortable stay such as n’espresso machine, coffee pods, toiletries, kitchen welcome pack - I give this a strong 10/10. Will definitely be back.
