The location on top of the hill is wonderful and very quiet. The rooftop terrace with the jacuzzi offers views of the ocean and is very private. The host is very friendly and accommodating, with greetings and showing the apartment upon our arrival, which was very much appreciated. The apartment presents itself in as-new condition, with everything being very well maintained and in working order. There is even an Apple TV box available that allows you to watch movies from your computer if you wish to do so.

“Pamering, comfortable and beautiful villa in a great location”

This is by far the best villa we have stayed in. It is absolutely perfect. The location is incredible since you are a short driving distance from many attractions and local towns and villages (such as Eze village, Nice, Villefranche-sur-mer and Saint-jean-cap-Ferrart) yet the villa is not in Eze village itself which can be very busy and is naturally very touristic. The villa is located in a very quiet and green part next to a nature reserve (there’s a path leading from the villa into the nature reserve/park - a lovely walk leading to breathtaking panoramic views). The villa is tastefully designed, very well equipped including a spacious lounge, a comfortable bedroom, a fantastic kitchen, two balconies with sitting areas downstairs and a large roof terrace with a pampering jacuzzi upstairs. The owners have put a lot of thought into every detail, from the indulging soaps (of the local perfumeries), lovely and soft towels, plenty of coffee pods, beer bottles and delicious Bonne Maman mini jams! The host William lives in the next door villa and is extremely kind, helpful and hospitable. He gave us great tips about local attractions and helpfully responded to everything we have asked about/for. This is a perfect place for a relaxing holiday to explore the French Rivière and enjoy its tranquility, natural beauty and wonderful cuisine.

Absolutely spectacular. Remote, quiet, and beautiful. A perfect vacation house, well appointed and with everything you would need, hosts were more than welcoming. Beautiful hikes nearby, I cannot stress how much I enjoyed staying here; I wish we would have stayed a week.

There was no breakfast . The villa was very comfortable, spacious and well equipped . The host William was a great bloke. In the Aussie vernacular he was "bonza bloke " !! The old town of Eze was beautiful especially with the food festival that was on while we were there.

We loved our stay! It had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. William was a great host - he met us when we arrived and even sorted out mountain bikes for us to use if we wanted. Remy was also v responsive on Whatsapp if we needed anything. The local area is beautiful, as are the hikes in the area behind the villa.

It was really nice and clean. The big terrace was totally great, the decorations were nice and good, and the kindness of the hostess were really nice, they’re really attentive and gentle. Also the property has an access to do a outdoor walk, and it was really cool. It’s kind of expensive but still good. Great location.
