It is great to have bathroom in your room for this price in Iceland. Very clean hostel under glacier. Not far away from Skogafoss

It has lots to offer in their public areas and the rooms are just right for a quick stay and to be comfortable. Our kids loved the living space, and it was also plesant time for us with the great views of the nearby mountains. We have been here and was not too busy, lucky not having noisy guests, as the public areas are above the rooms. Perfect location to move around the area and we really enjoyed the stay.

We stayed at Welcome Edinborg during our Iceland trip and were impressed by its unique charm! Nestled along the Ring Road, it’s a peaceful retreat with a cozy, authentic vibe—perfect for resting amidst Iceland’s wild beauty. The rooms were comfy, and the mountain views were stunning.

“Cheap and cheerful stay on the route. We are a family of five in two rooms and slept warm and well.”

As a stopover on the route it is good. The rooms were clean, warm. The showers worked well. There are kitchen facilities upstairs. There is a Space invaders old video game and the TV works. The coffee machine works. The sofa is comfortable. Its a cheap and cheerful stopover for the night, NOT a hotel. If you want a hotel, go to a hotel. Yes I would stay again. Check your email for the room code.

The common kitchen is adequately and properly outfitted. There is a coffee machine whereas coffee is free. A toster, microwave, 2 fridges and 2 little stowes. Joint living area is cosy and comfortable . Rooms are a bit small but clean and warm.
