Very friendly place and excellent value for money. Enjoyed the breakfast on both days and there was good selection. Would stay again. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable.

Booking a room with airco on purpose because I'm having health issues with heat. Went away for a few hours, sun on the windows, I left the system on, low. Neighbour -who stayed in his room all day- started complaining, staff shuts my airco off and I came back to a 30+ degree C room. The staff was very nice, but they shouldn't have done that.

“Very enjoyable stay in Exloo.”
Breakfast was good. We had evening dinner on one day which was also very good. Location of hotel is on a main road but since Exloo is a small village there wasn't much traffic noise. Friendly staff.

“I will go to the Fletcher next time. This was a disappointment. Could be good by they don't try.”
Location was convenient to the Equestrian Center. A staff person was nice. Room was Quiet.

All in all old fashioned, breakfast with prepacked stuff, tea from a machine etc etc Bed linen not nice Reduced my stay with one night and stayed somewhere else
