I highly recommend this hotel, the warm welcome was much appreciated and the level of service very high. The breakfast was good, the buffet clean and well stocked, the bedroom, although on the small side was very clean and functional.

Great location, close to all amenities and just across from the lake. Welcoming staff, good sized room and very comfortable bed. Room decor of a high standard, clean bathroom and balcony. Excellent breakfast.

Its really a fun hotel. A bit in the style of a chalet, and it has teddy bears every where. The reception was very friendly, it felt like they really enjoyed having you stay. The room and bathroom were good. There was a parking garage next to the hotel, and the hotel itself was located right in the centre of the city. We enjoyed the breakfast too.

We did not have breakfast but it looked nice. The room was quiet and we had a family room with a small balcony. The towels were nice, there was good water pressure and the a/c was good. The location was great, between the main street for shopping and restaurants and the lake.

The staff was very very courteous. Paid parking just 5 meters away. Very near to lake and town centre.

This is a perfect small hotel. It is spotlessly clean, the staff, owners and others are delightful and always very helpful. From the morning when you come down to the aroma of freshly baked croissants promising a delicious and varied breakfast… wonderful homemade jams …the day is perfect.

The hotel is well located close to the lake and easy to get to without having to go through the town centre. It is convenient to all the shops and cafes and other activities in the town. Our room was quite spacious and modern. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choice

Location is very good and one can reach the center by foot. There is a parking garage right at the entrance of the hotel, which is very convenient. Nice view to the Lake Geneva from the balcony. Breakfast was very good as well. Liked the charme of the hotel and the friendly staff.

Everything was great; the staff, the room, the bathroom with modern shower massage head and towel heaters, electric blinds, perfect little balcony with glimpses looking out towards the lake. Really comfortable bed and pillows. Love the chalet feel.
