“Exhausting stay due to bar/traffic noise next to the house and broken toilet. Too noisy.”
We cannot recommend this residence. It is located less than 10 meters from a very active bar with the main street right below the bedroom window. The first night, we were kept awake until 2am with raucous crowds and racing motorcycles. And each of the other two nights we were kept awake until midnight with the same. The toilet seat was broken and kept falling off and there was standing water on the bathroom floor from the drain that is there. The owner had someone come fix the seat but it immediately broke again. The standing water was fixed. It was warm out so we needed the windows open and there were no privacy curtains. The owner was responsive enough but could do nothing about the noise. Even the neighbors yelled at the bar owner in the mornings. We left for another residence after night three.

Great location in the beautiful village of Karavostamo. All the necessary amenities (groceries store, bakery, cafe) are close to the apartment. Hosts had been available to answer any question we had.
