“It was a great visit overall. Definitely a lot nicer since the renovations.”
I liked how spacious the room was and that it had a full size fridge and a microwave in the room. I also liked that there were plenty of towels available for the stay.

We had a reservation paid for on a booking site, but when we arrived they wanted payment plus deposit and additional payment for our service animal. They repeatedly asked what the service animal was for and for paperwork. They wanted to know why my husband needed him as well

“Would have been a little nicer to know that the place was under construction.”
I drove 2 hours after paying online to find out that there was a security deposit that I still needed to pay for. The website did not say anything about that. The coke machine kept my money and the front desk advised me they didn’t offer refund from the machines. The floors turned the bottoms of my socks black. And the bed linen had burns all in it.
