“Excellent stay - value for money”
The location was excellent and the front desk lady was super friendly and welcoming. The room was huge, well equipped and clean. The breakfast (sausage, small cheese filled omelets, potatoes and gravy, joghurt, fruit, bagels with cream cheese and jelly, waffles) was a pleasant change from the usual toast and cereal served at the other hotels. Check-out was smooth and my receipt was ready when we handed in the key. And again the friendly front desk lady, wishing us safe travels. The bed was super comfortable !!! There is also a laundry room for guests to use.

“Disapppointed after reading good reviews.”
Front desk staff were lovely. They were very helpful upon checking in and when we had an issue with another staff member at the property. The public facilities were clean and of a good standard.

“Amanda, Sandy and housekeeping was BEYOND GREAT 100/100. Daytime lady was rude.”
Breakfast was amazing, Sandy is soooo nice. She made me feel very comfortable and even offered to help me carry my breakfast to the car because my hands were full. She needs to get a raise. I never meet people like that, who are actually HAPPY to come to work. Then Amanda, she was AMAZING! My kids fell asleep with the deadbolt on in the room at 3am when I went to visit someone a few doors down. They would not open the door :( Amanda walked me to the room multiple times trying to help me get in, tried her key, knocked with me and even called the room a bunch of times to wake the kids up. I was panicking because they're 6&7, but she remained calm and patient. She didn't judge me and did everything she could to help, as if her kids were in the room. Her and Sandy made my visit so great I felt like I was at home. The hotel was so clean and whoever the housekeeper is did a great job. They even tucked in my daughter's stuffed animal when they made the bed and folded our clothes that we had put unfolded in random spots. The hotel is a bit far from my job but I'd definitely go back a million times. Room 124 for my visit, please tell the housekeeper, Sandy and Amanda THANK YOU!

Our room had bed bugs, I trapped the bed bug into a cup and showed it to the receptionist who apologized . It’s not the receptionist fault although this is the property manager/housekeeping manager , whoever’s responsibility to make sure the beds are properly maintained and cleaned .
