“Fantastic location for Evansville”
Stayed here for weekend,Nitty Gritty Dirt Band concert event. Wonderful room, very clean and spacious. Font Desk Staff were both wonderful and very professional .Breakfast was upto the high standard of any Hyatt Hotel. Plenty of onsite parking. Hotel facilities were excellent, but we found the swimming pool just a bit cold.

“Pleasurable”
It was very nice and the room was very spacious, comfortable and clean?? I like the fridge and bathroom. The accommodations were very suitable.

The hotel have charged me an equal amount to what I paid them through you. When I arrived for check in on 7 June they $120 from.my card and they said it is for retention in case I will eat or drink they will deduct. On the day of check out on 15 June 2024 they said becuase I did not eat anything my $120 will be reversed back to my card. Instead they took from that card I used when I arrived $1041.34 Does it mean the money that I paid you was not paid to them or they have double charged me. I am asking your assistance. Matthews T. “Served it's purpose. Pretty.”
The room was beautiful, the hotel was gorgeous, staff was kind. Extra bedding in the room was wonderful, and I loved the safe in the room also. It was close to where I needed to be. I liked the normal size cleansers in the shower. Being in town to see Susan Hyatt was the very best!
