“confunsion”
The employee didn't speak English, but tried to inform us that there were no rooms available, but still gave us a key, which we then had to return, because it was wrong. the owner just screamed on the phone, and it was super uncomfortable, trying to have a dialogue, we didn't stay there, and so far they haven't refunded our money, booking informed us that the owner didn't cancel the reservation. and refuses to do so. we would just like to resolve it.
