Great apartment. Very clean and comfortable including the beds. Had everything we needed. Nice and quiet. Handy location for Spa race circuit which was about a 30 min drive.

The apartment we were given ,numbered 10 had black mould in several places,notably behind the sofas upright cushion. In the bedroom we took to cleaning off several patches of mould we found on the insulation affixed to the window . The apartment in its entirety was damp and smelled as though it hadnt been occupied for some time. We tried to air out the room, to make our stay tolerable but this did little to help. Of paramount concern to us,naturallywas the health of our 2 year old who coughed throughout our stay,the room was clearly not safe. We met the owner and shared our concerns with him, and took him inside the room to see for himself the presence of mould behind the sofa. He looked concerned but wasnt too surprised. He admitted to us that the room had an issue with dampness as a vent had been improperly fixed months ago. The said problem accordingto the owner has been rectified. He apologised and offered to clean the room,not change it and said he looked forward to a warm summer to help dry out the room.Curiously our room was changed,on the morning of our arrival in Belgium before we arrived at the accommodation from room 4 to room 10 in what was described as an "upgrade to a room with a private entrance" . Overall,our stay was not what we had hoped for and even more concerning is the lingering cough our kid has at the moment.

Nice, clean apartment. There was a problem with the code, the one we got wasn't working, had to call the owner for a new one. It was quite small (there were 3 of us) but ok for one night.

The location of the apartment is convenient and there is a near by parking. The apartment has well equipped kitchen and all the basic facilities for a short stay. The entrance to the building and to the apartment was easy and convenient through a code that was sent by an owner on the day of the arrival.
