“Class Hotel worthy of an extended Stay.”

This is a Five Star plus Hotel steeped in History, retaining all the Old Style character with Ultra Modern facilities. Staff were Courteous and helpful. My single room was excellent, Spotlessly clean, comfortable and quiet. Quality robes etc for the Fabulous Spa with stunning Swimming Pool. The Snow Shower a real treat ! Gym facilities are are of the highest standard and very well equipped. Restaurant Food was first class and highly recommend the Pavlova desert - Amazing. Beautiful Cigar/Smoking lounge - and outside Garden seating. Abundant Car parking.

The restaurant was perfect on the dinner. The breakfast was great. But many nice located tables were reserved for the breakfast ( very unusual).

the service staffs are just excellent; we booked on the wrong date; the service did their best to organize rooms for us even that was already a fully booked weekend, when they were knowing we came from far driving.

There was a lovely, old-world exclusivity in this hotel. We liked the secure parking and the comfort of the beds. The restaurant was very good. The pool and saunas were good quality and the wellness area had loads of chill-out areas for reading and relaxing, and even having a mock- or cocktail..

Absolutely beautiful hotel. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated and had everything we could wish for. Very attentive employees. Lovely spa with lots of nice rest spots and a super calming salt room. The breakfast was probably the biggest highlight - the food was delicious and so was the coffee (made from a proper espresso machine).

First off, amazing welcome and service from every single staff member from start to finish - not the contrived over-extended or even fake kind you can find in a 5 star establishment - just always friendly and attentive to your needs, withough being too much or too little. The food was amazing too. We dined in the more relaxed (non-michelin star) restaurant and it was great. In addition, my wife and I are gluten-free and the staff took this seriously and it was simply a pleasure dining there. The spa! Simply one word - awesome! They seem to have just completely remodelled it. Super clean and modern. The next time we're in Karlsruhe, we'll be staying here again.

we had the best experience - it was beyond our expectations - the staff was extremely friendly, professional and helpful - the facilities are great (especially the spa area), breakfast was amazing with great diversity and very good - in addition they know how to make the kids happy with little gifts . we also appreciated the tea zone at the spa and at the reception and the location is superb

We love coming to Hotel Erbprinz, we have been there many times and it is always perfect. The spa facilities are excellent, the spa staff are always particularly warm and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent and so was the dinner at the restaurant.

the service is at a high level, all the staff is attentive to the smallest detail, and to any question of the guest. The dinner was perfect. Duck breast, veal loin with tuna cream were mouth watering, 10/10.
