Tea/ coffee section in the corridor with kettle and small coffee machine. There was also microwave and opposite the hotel is a supermarket with tasty ready meals.

The rooms are nicely modernised, bright, large enough and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was all I expected, and all the staff I met was most friendly and helpful.

“The thickest towels ever!”
Ettelbruck is a nice place to hike in the north of Luxembourg, and allows the visit of a number of castles. Herckmans is a comfortable hotel with a good breakfast. The towels were really epic! Never had them so fluffy and thick. The village offers some nice restaurants.

“Very disappointing”
The hotel also offered free coffee and tea. Because there was no AC after asking I got a fan which made the heat a little bearable.

Nice hotel easy to access but straight into the traffic free area, so nice to walk out in the evening.
