I was driving from barcelona back to London and it was the right place to stop just off the major road, also next door to 2 food outlets and a garage to refule

This small hotel is in a good position for passers-by - as we were - just off the main road. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet and dark. We had a good night’s sleep. The best thing there was the restaurant: we had a very good dinner. The staff were attentive.

Comfort Hotel Étampes could use some improvements. There was a strange smell in the corridors, which was uncomfortable, and I was accidentally charged twice once through Booking and again by the hotel and Booking is looking into it.

Convenient to railway station.

The room was small, but all three beds were comfortable. There was also a workspace. It was a good value for money. Everything was fine for us.

Quiet location

“Terrible”

I booked this for a one night stay - just a bed really. The reviews implied that it was a good clean hotel. The smell in the stairwell was indescribable. the smell in the room of cigarettes and who knows what else was terrible. the bathroom was not clean - the bed did not look clean. I literally turned round, made some weak excuse to the staff (who were pleasant enough and went and found somewhere else. The reviews must all be contrived

Chosen for convenience whilst travelling

Great find close to the highway. I especially liked the location (if you have time check out the historic village center in walking distance), the breakfast (plenty of options and good coffee) and the room rate (only 55 for a double without breakfast). Also we could take our dog for just 5,-

It was close to our route. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable we slept well. Aircon working well. Our dog was welcome. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good.
