“BED BUG INFESTATION”
BED BUGS!!! Woke up an hour and a half after I had checked in and went to bed....awoke with large bed bugs crawling over sheets pillows and was bitten... killed one that had fed on me and blood all over....took photos and reported to staff night manager didnt care and wouldn't even refund money as I WAS LEAVING IMMEDIETELY AND NOT STAYING THERE ... Seemed like she knew of infestation and didnt care at all

The reception staff was very attentive and friendly. The breakfast, although limited in variety, was acceptable. The room was very clean and comfortable with a pleasant aroma. We recommend it!

“Stay was ok.”
Room not exactly as described. Had emailed to ask about a cot for a third person which went unanswered so the third person had to sleep on the floor.

“No such thing as a pre- check-in”
I booked on booking.com, did an online check-in, which means enter your credit card and photo ID ( drivers license) so you just pick up your key and go to your room. We were late check-in. Well the person at the desk would not accept that. Even with the full conformation email in hand. So I had to do the full check-in again and another pre-auth on the card. Weather it's booking.com or the staff at the hotel, but a total lack of procedure and communication.
