“My second home in Estes Park”

Clean, comfortable and with well equipped kitchen. Max from the reception desk was a very kind person, always helpful and friendly. The location by Fall River is amazing, close to the RMNP entrance and not far from downtown Estes Park. This is a place I would not hesitate to return to.

Room located “Streamside”, the gorgous view much better than expected. We arrived late by 5:30pm, but the check-in was well arranged by the host. When moving in the assigned room, two big Elks were eating grass peacefully just nearby the room, felt like welcomed. Fantastic experience. Stayed 3 nights very happily. Location, amanity, and scenary could not be better.

Wonderful place. Serene spot on a beautiful stream - we had breakfast on the Adirondack chairs by the stream, which was one of my favorite parts of the trip. We saw a marmot and some turkeys on the property!

Cabin was very clean, lots of nice little touches and perfect for us. Site is small and quiet but very near main route from Estes to the park perfect location for the park. Estes about a mile away fairly easy walk but lots of free parking. Staff we met were brilliant specially Max . Would recommend wholeheartedly

An incredible place, conveniently located to the national park and Estes Park with gorgeous surroundings, friendly staff and well appointed cottages. We even had about 20-30 elk come and hang out on the grounds while we stayed - it was magical.

Beautiful setting, well equipped kitchen, clean, and the hot tub was definitely the winning aspect for our family! Lovely to have multiple outside seating areas, and the beavers that lived nearby were a favourite spot of ours too!

A good sized room in a beautiful location by the river. We saw elk roaming the grounds and a lovely humming bird that lived close to our room. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. It's also close to the Wapiti restaurant which serves good food, although it's very disorganised.

The cabin was lovely and the surroundings were just magical - right by the stream with a view of the mountains, rabbits running about, lots of birds... Gorgeous. Hot tub and Weber grill (on which we cooked dinner) were a huge bonus too.

Loved being right next to the river and highly recommend getting the option with a hot tub! We also received a helpful info booklet upon arrival and felt very welcomed. Location is less than 10 mins from park entrance, horse stables, town, etc. and you can walk just a couple minutes to the Wapiti pub nearby for an easy drink/dinner. Would definitely recommend and hope to return!

The location , the river and the quietness

The cabin was very nice, clean, cozy. Hot tub was clean and enjoyable. It was a quaint, perfect little place for our weekend getaway. The owner's were exceptionally nice. We got there an hour early and they were able to accommodate us by letting us in 1 hour early. It was a lovely experience and I will return for a spring/ summer getvaway. I highly recommend Streamside on Fall River.
