What a beautiful setting amongst pine trees and river. Abundant wildlife and birds. Loved the Humming birds which was most unexpected. Stayed in Shooting Star room in main house. Wonderful varied breakfast choice. Great to have a highend coffee machine and fruit, snacks and cake treats freely available. Loved the hot tub and sauna, even in the snow, it was just magical. Great hikes out just from our doorstep. Only 10min drive into town for supermarket, varied shopping in town and meal options.

Nathan was an outstanding host with his knowledge, experience and very welcoming energy. The room we stayed in was amazing, everything was perfect, we even were able to make some s’mores. I understand why some people come back here for 30 years straight. Would come back 100% but only if Nathan is still there !

“Lovely, comfortable place to stay amongst nature.”
We stayed in the beautiful Mountain Rose room; very comfortable with wrap around views, lovely sky shower. Loved sitting by the river. Breakfast was excellent and good coffee on offer all day with tasty cakes on the afternoon. Lots of birds, including hummingbirds on the property - so peaceful.

Lovely grounds - a little out of town but that was a good thing. Quirky rooms. Excellent breakfast the first day (really lovely French toast). Second day breakfast plentiful but not out of the ordinary. Amazing views from the room.
