Lovely balcony at the front with morning sun and big terrace at the back with evening sun. Beautiful sitting room. Bedrooms good size and plenty of storage.

“Fantastic location and comfortable flat”
The apartment is in the best spot in Estepona, close to restaurants, shops etc but right at the beach. Fantastic sea and mountain views (sunrise and sunset), lovely breeze as it's on the 5th floor. Very comfy beds, good air conditioning in bedrooms and living room, kitchen has all you need, two toilets and roomy shower with good power. Lift was a great relief after longer walks. We were very lucky our stay coincided with the Virgen del Carmen celebrations so we got to witness the wonderful procession on sea and land from our balcony. Estepona is a beautiful town without heavy tourism, so pretty and laid back.

“Perfect location on seafront few steps away from restaurants”
Super location. Close to everything, seaview straight from the balcony (and hills on the other side) Francisco who checked us in and arranged parking was really kind and helpful.

The location was excellent. Terraced front and back. Fran was exceptionally kind on arrival and the welcome basket was a lovely generous surprise. We really needed some wineglasses and tea towels in the kitchen. Everything else was fine

“Beautiful apartment with sea and mountain view”
- very spacious, airy and well equipped apartment - the biggest advantage of this apartment is the terrace with mountain view and the balcony with sea and beach view - the location is absolutely perfect: beach, town centre, bars, restaurants, shops... all within walking distance - air conditioning in every room - the kitchen is well equipped, including a Dolce Gusto coffee machine

The accommodation was good beautiful lounge and very comfortable bed. Fabulous views from both balconies. The location- close to beach and restaurants. Within walking distance of town centre. Cleanliness of streets and beautiful displays of flowers in pots and planters.

The location was excellent. We really enjoyed both of the balconies- morning coffee watching the sunrise over the Mediterranean, afternoon sangria with views of the mountains- all in the sunshine. Easy access to the boardwalk and beautiful oldtown.

“Great with 2 balconies”
The location was perfect and the view from the balcony either the ocean or the mountains was great! The apartment was nice and clean. The apartment was large and there was a lot of space. Our host was very friendly and helpful and answered our questions quickly. He let us drop off our luggage before we got access to the apartment as we arrived early and it was raining! Thank you! Access to the apartment is easy and problem-free.
