The location is perfect, you walk out the door and everything is close by. Plaza de las Flores is less than 1 minute away. The beach & promenade are just a few minute away and you are spoilt for choice with restaurants. The apartment itself was very comfortable, we stayed for 9 nights. The beds were also very comfortable. We travelled in March and it was chilly at night but the air con doubled as a heater so it was perfect. We had the 2 apartments on the 1st floor, the 2 bed overlooked the pedestrianised shopping street and the living room & both bedrooms have juliette balconies so perfect for a bit of people watching!

“Excellent Location and Well-Equipped Apartment in the Heart of Estepona”
We had a lovely stay in this apartment, which is located right in the heart of Estepona’s city center, in a pedestrian area full of shops, restaurants, and cafés. The beach is just a short 3-minute walk away, which was a huge plus. The apartment was well-maintained, clean, and had everything needed for an independent stay. We especially appreciated the convenience of the location — you can really enjoy everything Estepona has to offer without needing a car. Check-in is done at a nearby hotel on the seafront, just a few minutes’ walk away. The staff there were very friendly.. One very convenient feature is the nearby underground parking. The rates are excellent: €1 from 9 AM to 9 PM and €2 from 9 PM to 9 AM, with a maximum stay of 48 hours at that rate. After that, the price increases to €16 per day, so it's worth keeping in mind if you're staying longer. Overall, we highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a central, comfortable stay in Estepona — especially if you value location and independence. We'd happily return!

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived until check-out, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect — close to all the main attractions and amenities. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options served in a calm and pleasant atmosphere.
