“Perfect location”

Very nice location at the beautiful promenade. And you can see the sea from the window. The apartment is no new, but it has everything you need. We we staying in winter time and got rainy days, but there were enough heaters in the apartment to keep it warm and to dray wet stuff. Not much spaces for parking on the street, but we also find a space in the garage close by, at tit was not expensive. Overall good experience.

Lovely apartment, it had everything I needed for my stay. The beds were really comfortable and the whole apartment was very clean. I loved having a sea view and being so close to the beach. The host was very friendly and helpful!

Everything was great. Lots of helpful advice from the host re parking etc. Apartment was very convenient for all my needs. Very clean and welcoming.

The unit was extremely comfortable, clean and well equipped. Maria met us on the day of arrival and gave us a clear tour of the apartment. Initially we supposed to stay for a week, but after one night we extended for another 6 days. Las Delicias de Estepona truly is a gem and we highly, highly recommend it !

Extremely central. About a 5 minute walk from the old town and the same from the port. Booked it based on reviews of the apartment and of Mary and none disappointed. Mary was always available and gave us some excellent recommendations for local restaurants. Thanks Mary, we are highly recommending your accommodation..

Perfect location literally two minutes' walk from the beach, bars and restaurants. Fast WiFi, clean bathroom, beach equipment and hairdryer available. Spotlessly clean and the host was so welcoming and friendly. Thank you Mary!

We enjoyed our stay in Estepona. Mary was very contactable and we appreciated the fruit and other items waiting for us on our arrival. The check in and check out process was easy. The apartment is very spacious and has everything you would need. The location is great, on the esplanade and close to the harbour.

Car had to be parked 5 min away, but that was to be expected. Location is amazing - right next to beach. Supermarket also very close - 3 min walk. Very nice that washing machine had also built-in dryer. Fast wifi access.

Good value accommodation in a superb location right next to the beach. Great facilities (including use of deck chairs) plus a very helpful and communicative owner.

We stayed for 7 nights, and we had such a great time in the apartment. When you walk out of the building, you walk straight onto the boulevard, which is beautifully renovated. The apartment itself is very clean, has good air-conditioning, good wifi, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. The bed and pillows are good, and the bathroom is very spacious and clean. Everything you might need is there. It's like you're at home but with a better view. The owner of the apartment, Mary, is so friendly and welcoming! She's always there to answer your questions and help when needed. The location is amazing as well. It's located between the harbor, where you have great restaurants and the city center with its lovely boulevard. The Wednesday and Sunday markets are also on walking distance. If you want to park for free, you might get lucky and find a spot in the streets behind the apartment. But I suggest the open-air parking in the center for 1 euro for 24 hours. We will definitely come back to stay here. Thanks for everything, Mary!
