Cleanliness should be on a much higher standard. Also the hotel needs more maintenance and renovation. With small things it should have been much nicer! But cleanliness should improve a lot!!!

Value for money is spot on

There was a misunderstanding on the part of the staff regarding the number of breakfasts we were given, and it was not enough to pay for one, but to not inform us at the time of the incident and instead to inform the employees to pay attention as if we were meal thieves is really rude and disrespectful.

We liked everything about this spacious property. It had everything we needed. It felt like a home from home.

The apartment was lovely nice and clean, and the swimming pools were nice and close.

The house was spacious, and the third-floor Jacuzzi was a great feature. Access to the padel courts was convenient. The on-site restaurant was pleasant, with friendly staff and consistently good food. Parking was easy, and the staff throughout the property were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Complex is beautiful and apt is very spacious. Beds were very comfortable too. The TV was great with ability to change to any language. The balcony very big too with beds and table and chairs. 3 pool areas and pool bar although no food served at pool bar only in the restaurant near reception. Paddle tennis and tennis courts available to book and they give you equipment. Free table tennis at pool bar too. Staff very nice and helpful.
