1. The view from the terrace was spectacular. 2. The location was excellent—very close to golf courses, just a 10-minute drive to the beautiful seaside, and about 15 minutes to San Pedro beachfront, Estepona, or Marbella. 3. The neighborhood was very quiet, with no construction nearby. 4. The apartment layout was spacious and well equipped.

“Good place once renovation are done.”
Apartment was on but a lot of renovation in the building, meaning drilling machines from 8 AM.
