Very clean rooms and friendly hosts and staff who really care about their guests and do everything to make the stay comfortable. We particularly appreciated the delicious breakfast and the extra little things such as a small "bath tub" for our baby or the possibility to heat baby food etc When it comes to service and attention to detail, one of the best accommodations we have stayed at over the last years.

This was such a relaxing and quiet stay. It’s so pretty and beautifully decorated. The room was also lovely, very clean, comfortable and spacious.

“Absolute perfection”

Absolutely wonderful, I cannot fault this hotel. The property was beautiful, every detail was well considered and it was spotlessly clean. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making a huge effort to understand our very basic French. The pool was wonderful and the gardens well kept and safe for exploring with a curious 4 year old. The food was excellent, we looked forward to the breakfast each morning. We had a rainy day whilst there but it was no problem relaxing in the spacious room and communal areas, with colouring and games for our toddler. They even organised a masseuse to come to the lodgings to give us an excellent massage. Only a 15-20minute drive to the Medina, so perfectly suited if you have a car. It felt very safe. I honestly cannot say a bad thing about this hotel, and will definitely be returning if we come back to Essauoira as a family.

We loved this Riad, absolutely fabulous, the decor was lovely and the pool gorgeous for cooling off after relaxing on the sunbeds! The breakfast was great and we also had a delicious supper at the Riad.

Great location, calm and relaxing with great service and breakfast

This stunning property with beautiful decor surpassed our expectations! Everything was perfect..the gorgeous rooms, comfy beds, lots of areas to relax and soak up the sun by the pool, and of course the food! Breakfast was the best we'd ever had. Pancakes, homemade yoghurt, fresh fruit, artisan breads, local honey - just delicious! Frederique and Damien are wonderful hosts, and go out of their way to help with anything you need. We loved Chocolate (cat), Molly (v friendly dog) and the chickens too!

Our stay with Frédérique and Damien could not have been better. The house, the property and the rooms are beautiful, the dinner prepared by Damien was delicious, the breakfast left nothing to be desired and the temperate pool invites you to relax. You can be in beautiful Essaouira in just a few minutes and after the lively town you have absolute peace and quiet. We would love to come back!

“A very special stay”

A very special find! Beautifully decorated big bedrooms and main house with so much to look at. It feels so like home with wonderfully cooked food. Then there’s the garden which is tranquil and full of lovely plants, chickens, pétanque, a few tortoises and a big heated pool. Damien and Frederique are so friendly and helpful and the best hosts. We were so sad to leave, especially the children. Essaouira itself was a lovely town, much calmer than Marrakech.

Very welcoming, both the owners and the staff, as well as the dog :) great breakfast that changed every day. Lunch and drinks available upon request, all was extremely comfortable and felt like home. Garden was amazing, with lovely places to chill at different times of the day. Very quiet at the hotel as it’s surrounded by nothing, and only 10 mins drive to Essaouira, which is a great vibe and not so much hustle and bustle as other medinas. Very calm and chill.

Great property with a fab pool in a beautiful Moroccan garden.. our lovely hosts were very helpful and friendly.. the food was amazing! Located just out of town, you need a car or taxi but easy and cheap to arrange.. it was so relaxing to sit and read and chat in this tranquil oasis.. now one of our top favourites to return to again..
