The hotel is not clean. There is no soap in the room, and there are insects around the lights. Please clean the room and provide the necessary supplies.

The location is ideal, away from the hustle and bustle but only 10 MAD for a taxi to the town, the room was clean, although the shower room needs finishing! The breakfast was extremely good, thank you

Very good location, easy to find upon arriving in Essaouira and 5 mins to the beach by car. Very nice staff and good breakfast. Good for parking a car if driving.

“Amazing staff, older hotel. But all in all very good”

Helpful and cheerful staff really made our stay a truly exceptional one. Big room, aircon and windows that can open (ventilation is important for us). This is at the other end of town but taxis are cheap and easy to get so it’s not a problem for us.

The hotel was good for what you paid. We paid €42 for a night and what we paid was what we got. The room was spacious enough. The staff were lovely and so helpful especially khadija

The staff are warm and truly made the stay exceptional! We were invited to a New Years Eve party and their staff excitement was infectious! It was also peaceful and quiet, we hardly heard the morning call to prayer. It was a wonderful restorative and relaxing stay

I had a joyful time in Hotel Vents Des Iles. People were nice, thank you. Special thanks to Khadija, we had good and nice conversations. There is an air conditioner which warmed up on winter nights. In Essaouira it is easy to use taxi. They are almost everywhere. It is 8-10 dirhams per drive .

I would like to say the staff was really nice, the receptionist or the kitchen staff during the breakfast was helpful and kind. we had some issues and the lady helped us to solve them. Location is also good, 20min walk to the city center. whoever is owning the place, seems dont want to spend money. the quality of things in room was really cheap and uncomfortable. in bathroom, cabin door was not working properly, the handle was fixed with a glue, there was some paints on wall, bed was not comfortable, internet was not working on 1st floor. and of course in winter the heating was not working, it was cold in room. the reason that i dont give even lower review is the kindness of staff and low price.

This is a great hotel! The staff was incredibly hospitable and friendly right from the moment I arrived. All of my questions and requests were dealt with instantly, always showing their willingness to help. A huge bonus was the excellent food in the restaurant and the large free parking lot. I felt very welcome here!
