“Again at "Chez Khadija Et Franz"!”

This was my second (and probably not the last!) staying at this place. I had the same unit as the last time. Everything was clean, worked well and the hostess was really friendly . The location is 2 minutes walk from the CTM bus station. You can reach the sea in 10-15 minutes. There are several shops and restaurants within easy reach, i. e. 1-2 minutes walking.

We were very pleased with the kitchen and all of the equipment provided. We were on the ground floor but there was no noise to bother us. The neighbours and muezzin calls were very quiet. We could buy nearly everything we wanted in local shops and the shopkeepers were friendly. We were pleased to be out of the tourist area among Moroccan people. If we needed a taxi we could easily find one a short distance away.

Friendly owner who lives on site. Great location a few mins walk from ctm bus stop. Bakery/patisserie round corner. Restaurants, coffee shop, alcohol shop nearby too. Great wifi. Less than 10 mins to beach, 20 to medina. Small roof terrace with summer house handy as we were in the ground floor cheaper room, not apartment. Great value, very clean. Had pizzas in forno restaurant near beach, very nice. Also the cafe full of locals just as yku cross road to beach did a good breakfast

“Sunny private rooftop terrace”

Lovely apartment with kitchen. Gorgeous roof terrace to take in the sun. Very clean and quiet and private. Smoke detectors and fire extinguisher. Two news channels on the TV with english!! Easy to catch taxi to medina or a 20min walk. Two blocks from the beach.

The apartment is spacious, in a quiet place (unless there is a public holiday), have many kitchen appliances. The host answered all our questions online

The lady expecting you in very friendly and kind and sweet. She also allowed us to leave the luggage for a few more hours after our checkout.

Great area and extraordinarily clean room. Amazing terrace at the top of the house. Walking distance to the beach and medina.

This is a nice budget alternative close to the beach in a nice setting. The staff was friendly and very helpful in various questions. I could stay here again.

Superb place. Not far from the ocean, but not in a busy surrounding. It’s like 15 min walking to the seashore. We had a apartment on the rooftop, very clean, modern, equipped with everything if you want to prepare your own meal(we did breakfasts). There are local shops, spice stores, very nice local restaurants around. Highly recommend.

We stayed in apartment 0 at groundfloor level, the apartment is spacious (2 open living rooms, 1 bedroom with door and a big functional kitchen with coffee machine, Boiler, cooking pots/ pans and eating utensils -- No oven) and everything was spotlessa Clean! ++ fire extinguisher Safe neighborhood 15-20 mins walk to beach

Big, spacious, comfortable bed, nice seating/lounge area and cleaned to a very high standard. Close to everything you need to make the stay here a great experience. The owners are very responsive via WA. We were extremely happy and extended our stay.

“Definitely worth the stay!”

Morocco is known for its hospitality and Khadijah/husband are forward thinking in regards to ensuring we (my aunty who is 73 and I) had details of how to locate the accommodation via WhatsApp and they we’re available to help us via WhatsApp during our stay. We also arrange a lift during Eid which is amazing and I am forever grateful. The apartmentis only 10mins walk from beach, atm’s, bars. We are lucky enough to visit during the World Festival and we found we was in the best location as the area was not as busy/loud as the medina (which is a 15 min walk or a short taxi ride in a local taxi which people jump in and out for around 5drm; ask for “Aslef”). The area offers great value for money in regards to eating out & local products to cook. We stayed in the 2 bed apartment but looked at all of the apartments during our 10 night stay and they’re all fabulous. This is a newly built or decorated complex so you have a more modern Moroccan style with instagramable corners and new decor. The kitchen was fully equipped and I learnt to make a great pot of Moroccan tea (it’s all in the colour of the brew) using their pot. Everywhere was stunningly clean and the place smelt amazing. We visited using June and it was hot outside and we didn’t use the Ac as the apartment was really cool. I really loved the place and will be revisiting next y The local area and people are really friendly and we found ourselves saying “Salam” in the mornings to the all of the people who live in the road during our stay and with a local tailor (a few doors down) who didn’t try to sell me anything as it doesn’t look open but I went in and got a beautiful jalaba (coat) for 1/3 of the price of the medina. Local food is all within a 5 minute walk from breakfast bar run by a whole family from grandfather to young sons. And many local shops who don’t speak English but go above and beyond to communicate with us. I really felt happy with the location.
