Spacious, well equipped, with good parking, great value for money

I really like the location, you can walk along the beach to the bussy old town full of tourist and still have a contact with loca peopel and restaurant in the hood of apartment. Apartment was clean and comfi.

Lots of space and a very comfortable bed. Location is quiet, only 5 minutes from the beach and a short pretty walk along the promenade to the medina. Yassin was very welcoming and was on hand to help if needed.

Location is good restaurants in the street, nice stroll to center, big open apartment, quiet, bed comfy, washing machine a bonus.

Location, accommodation was nice and clean inside the apartment . Don't pay too much attention to the appearance from outside or as you enter the building. The apartment is modern. The host was exceptionally pleasant, great communication and check everything.

I enjoyed my stay from beginning to end. Yassine is an amazing and helpful person. The apartment is nice, comfortable, and well-equipped (which is really not standard in Morocco). It's a 5-minute walk to the beach and 15 minutes to the Medina. If I come back to Essaouira, I will choose this place again.

I really liked my stay at Yasin's apartment. He is very helpful and friendly. Internet works very good and connection was perfect for work. Flat was clean, close to the beach and supermarkets. I liked the little balcony too. Everything perfect :)

Big, clean, modern apartment (washing machine was a big plus). Quiet central location (with guards at entrance). Superb restaurants, small markets and beach just down the street. Taxis (very inexpensive) and horse-drawn carriages just right outside. Beautiful short walk to the stunning Ancient Medina - I loved the beachside walk back to the apartment after dinner.

“Excellent appartment with a top owner”

Very nice and friendly owner who gave me an upgrade for free when he saw we were with 4 people. Brand new fully equiped appartment in a restricted area, with the biggest (!!) tv I have seen in an appartment so far 😀 Parking right at the door of the building. Beach at 5 min. walk, also many many restaurants /shops just nearby. A walk to the old city can be done in 15 minutes along the beach. Don't forget to check the fishing market there, where fisherman sell their freshly caught fish

Yassin the owner is a very nice man. He was very helpful, always smiling and very accommodating. There were a few minor issues during our stay that he very quickly dealt with. The apartment is really great, especially for the price we paid. The WiFi is very fast and the TV is great with many options. Lots of hot water. The kitchen is well stocked with most things you will need for a short to medium stay. We stayed for 1 week and found it perfect. There is an electric heater if needed but we did not require it. There is no AC though for the summer months. The apartment complex is relatively modern and relatively clean. The location is great, well outside of the Medina, but close enough to visit. There are a number of good restaurants and cafes nearby and a few small local supermarket type shops minutes away. We really really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Big, clean, well-equipped apartment in an interesting neighbourhood with small shops and restaurants. Easy 10-minute walk along the seaside walk to medina and old Essaouira. Yasin was a very accessible, aimiable host who helped us with shops etc. The best TV system we have encountered, a fringe benefit!

Very spacious and cozy apartments, two bathrooms, everything you might need. In superior neighbourhood. 10 min walk from the medina, 5 min walk from the beach. Average price for taxi in the range of the city is 5-8 dirhams.
