On the upside, it has a beautiful view onto the lake. The location at the lake is peaceful and very beautiful. Hammocks and a laid back vibe are good to disconnect.. since power is often out on the island, you’re anyway forced to disconnect at times.

Everything is really nice, the garden, view to the lake and breakfast is amazing, you can choose between 3 different things we tried everything and it was really good, and very big portion! We will come back definitely, It was a great stay!

“One of the best places we stayed during our trip through Central America”
The hosts were fantastic, the whole place has this great peaceful vibe, you can just spend the whole day in the hammock, with these incredible view over the lake. Birds are flying around, Lola the parrot is happy to interact. The property is a bit off the main road but it’s a nice walk and you can catch either a bus (10 cordobas)or tuktuk (100 corobas)to Moyogalpa. Breakfast was so so tasty.

Amazing location on the sunset side of the island with a private beach. Great value for money. Very friendly owners with great communication. They make lovely meals. Room was basic but everything was clean and neat and there is a fan for the warm weather. Would definitely return.

Lucy's cooking is amazing. 3 breakfast options so you can try different meals. Fresh coffee every day. Dinner was delicious and it was quite big portions, considering that the price was a bit higher than in other places. Very nice surroundings, the owners take care of their property very well. Hammocks and art was amazing. There is a parrot Lola staying whole day on the tree, lovely!

The property is so beautiful decorated by an artist which clearly shows. The garden was so looked after and the view of the lake houses the most insane sunsets every evening

“Do not miss the opportunity to stay here!”
This place is just amazing. Both, location, which is a small jungle, with sunset view, where every detail has a meaning, and the owners who are extremely nice and respected in the whole island people. Avel is an artist, who runs small gallery next to the rooms, his art is visible in every detail in the property. Lucy cooks amazing, definitely take the option with breakfast and ask than for lunch or dinner - that was the best food in Nicaragua if not in the whole Central America! Rooms are very simple, with shared bathroom, but bed is comfortable and is very clean in the rooms and in the whole property. From there you have also directly access to the sea. There is no wifi, but you do not really miss it there, you can just enjoy relaxing in the hammock while watching the sunset, swimming in the sea, just enjoy the nature. Claro sim card is working very well if you need to have internet. Almost forgotten about Lolita - amazing parrot who can talk! She made our stay so much fun I have to admit :D Do not miss opportunity to stay there, for me that was one of the best places where I stayed, ever.
