The best staff I have ever met in any hotel. Helpful at all times and making us feel like we were part of their family. They included us in all the town’s plans and activities! Also, our room was incredible, even better than on the pictures we saw before. Great views over the town and mountains, nice bathroom, and the breakfast is filled with KM0 food sourced from local farmers. Josep felt like a grandpa to us, giving us all his support during our stay and going far beyond our expectations. We stayed over New Year’s Eve and were offered Cava and to join the towns celebration, which I definitely recommend. We will be back for sure!

The breakfasts which were included in the price for the room were excellent. Very good selection of breakfast foods, all of which were local and delicious! The staff were very nice and helpful. The location is exceptional! The hikes we went on in the Parc Nacional de Aiguestortes i Sant Maurici were fantastic with spectacular scenery. The hotel is very well located for access to the park by hiking, car or taxi. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This hotel exceeded all my expectations — I truly hope to return one day. A beautiful building surrounded by greenery, a spacious room with a huge, soft bed, and above all, the people! In the morning, a generous breakfast was served, made entirely from local products: cheeses, pâtés, honey, fruits, croissants, fresh juice, and farm-style yogurt. Two dogs live on the property — Theo, a bobtail, and Nikki, a playful border collie puppy. We spent half the morning playing with Nikki and almost missed our hiking trip because we didn’t want to leave!
