“Family stay”
I needed a place for my family in the area and we have so far used these apartments twice - with great success. The check in is super easy, the check out as well, everything is electronic, clean, well maintained. Overall love it.

“The apartment was in a great location and well equipped, but unfortunately several maintenance issues and lack of commun”
The apartment looked exactly like in the photos. It was very close to the train station, a huge supermarket (actually two supermarkets), and several restaurants, so the location was excellent. The kitchen was well equipped with everything I needed, and there were also towels provided for the stay, which was very convenient.

The host kept me awaiting for the digital key one hour after the planned check-in time. I was messaging them, but received only auto-replies in return. I called but no one answered. I did not know what to do in the unknown city. I could not book anything else instead, as everything was booked. Only when I contacted booking help centre, I finally received a digital key for check-in. This was very unpleasant experience and irresponsible approach. All my plans for the day were ruined.

A super clean, confortable and brand new studio. I didn't see any staff, but I knew everything I need it. The metro station and bus stop are near by. It's a quite and beautiful neighborhood. I'd book this studio again. Totally recommended

We booked 2 apartments. There was an unpleasant smell in one of the units. We contacted customer support. Our problem was solved very quickly - they changed the room and it turned out to be even better. Everything was very clean, it was comfortable to sleep. Thank you! I recommend it!
