Excellent location with good access to services and transport. Modern and functional apartment. But this is not a serviced apartment, just a regular flat.

The faucet in the kitchen needs to be repaired. Lack of instruction for parking

That's a very nice location. Nearby is a park and no major roads, so it's quite quiet. There's also a metro station about 10 minutes away.

I reserved and pay for four people but it is hard to stay that kind of room. There are six room every floor and too noisy at night.

The flat is fully furnished and with washing machine (no drier but with staff to hang cloths). The flat is in a very nice position, nearby AINOA, a shopping center.

“Horribly bad! Disastrous!”

The room was horrible and I even found a frozen tomato in the refrigerator, which was obviously not forgettable.. Another horrible thing about this company is that they literally cancelled my booking without my confirmation, and the the booking was non-refundable. When I told them that they have no single right to do that since this means that they will simply take the whole money and will not provide me any place to stay, which I think is pretty illegal, the answer was "If you want, you can sue us, our company is used to that". Unbelievable!!!!!! Horrible Management!!! How I ended up keeping my place is that I had booked the room through Booking.com, so I called the Booking Customer Service and they told me that the Forenom Apartments has no right to do that as my booking was still active in Booking.com. Of course, when Booking.com Customer Service called Forenom Apartments, these people caused issues even to the Customer Service, but eventually Booking.com saved me from the bullying. Thank you Booking.Com for your help against Forenom Apartments!!!!!!!

Bills unjustifiably for old rust and dirty mattresses. They add photos of broken light bulbs of unknown origin. The rooms are dirty on check in!
