I did not find any positive aspects during my stay. The room condition and cleanliness were far below expectations, and the delivered accommodation did not correspond to the advertised images. Overall, the experience was disappointing.

“Perfect accommodation when visiting Aalto University”
The accommodation was perfect and exceeded expectations in every sense. I liked most the functionality of the appartment in the situation of limited resources. The choice of kitchen utensils was very handy and practical, the planning of toilet and shower optimal. Everything was very clean. We are most satisfied with our stay.

We had a booking for five persons in two separate rooms but ended up having only one room for four persons. We tried contacting the customer service but they only told us to contact booking and did nothing about our situation. Booking couldn't get a hold of forenom and we were left to deal with our problem alone.

Don’t suggest to stay here. Hostel in real life is much worse than pictures here. at the entrance to Hostel is very dirty with lot of cigarettes and other stuff on the ground.

“Very good price and normal hostel services. Wanted a place to sleep and that's what we got.”
