Hello I have A problem with reservation. I reserved apartment, I paid . 1 August I go to Finland from Latvia . I called apartment owner and she say where is the apartment key. When I go in , I saw clothes and bags . I understand someone living my reserved apartment. I call again owner and she say my reservation is cancelled but didn’t get letter and money back . I am very disappointed and that night I needed go to other hotel to pay lot more . I am very disappointed in upset for this situation.

Avoid this property. Short summary: - the owner is unreachable - the floor had mold - the whole apartment smelled like mold - the oven had leftovers in it - the towels provided were left wet in the wardrobe and smelled of mold - the bedroom didn't have any lights - the bed sheets were dirty and the bed was horrible. Read also the former reviews. Long version. I tried few days to get in touch with the owner to obtain the keys without success. The number was off and no respond in emails. Needed to call Booking for assistance. On the checkin day we went to the facility and found the issues above. Called Booking and they promised to help us out and made we mande a formal complaint. We left the apartment as it was and booked elsewhere. The owner didn't answer to Booking neither. After the third day Booking finaly told us that there is nothing they can do and we lost our money.

Nice, tidy and clean place for one night sleepover, easy reachable by car, kitchen well equipped, but no microwave and the freezer was broken.
