“Expensive converted garage”
Truly disappointing considering the price of this apartment which could more accurately be described as a converted garage. If you are specifically into the aura of living in witness protection this place is unparalleled. It is ensconced in the buildings hallway which is unwelcoming at best and a menagerie of sound at worst. It seems people from every nation of the world come from far and wide to yell and slam doors in this hallway. We spent exactly as little time as possible in this place. The vibes are terrible. The shower is dirty. There is no balcony. There is a complete absence of natural light despite the lack of privacy offered by the numerous windows- all barred and looking onto the hallway. All I can say on the positive is there is a good amount of space and an ample kitchen that we spent no time using at all because we were anywhere but inside. thank u.
